My son is a gamer and wasn’t pleased with this controller. He is used to a better controller so that could be the issue. He bought this while his controller was being repaired. Felt nice in the hand and my other son said it worked good. Good quality and well built.

Controller dragging after two months of ownership, name brand Xbox controller hasn’t dragged ever after owning for years.

Update: 3/3/2024: Sent my broken controller back and they sent me a new one. Great support.Update 2/21/2024: Seller reached out and is taking controller back to examine it. Will update as things change.Update 2/18/2024: Both my RT and LT triggers cracked. I'm bummed. Really liked this controller. Saw another reviewer had the same thing. Don't know if there is anyway to get new ones.I'm playing "Price of Persia - The lost Crown" on the PC and using this new HEXGAMING ULTRA ONE Controller in wireless mode. I've play quite a bit and I am really liking this controller. The buttons and trigger are stiffer than I'm used to, but it's really growing on me. The digital triggers help with the speed of my parries. The controller looks and feels great.Both the Amazon Page and the HexGaming page say:"We use only authentic official controllers to build our customized controllers." I have not been able to figure out exactly what that means. I couldn't find what brand they start with and if that is what it means.  But the controller seems pretty high quality. No issues so far with anything.The price seems a bit high, but this controller has become my favorite. It's working better for me on Prince of Persia than my Core 2 did. No stick snapback at all. So I'm going to have to say that I really like this controller and as long as it holds up I would get it again.Notes:- I'm really liking the Digital triggers with the extremely short pulls. Won't work for all games, but for the ones it does it's great.- Does NOT come with a battery or cable. Just the controller, Manual, and extra thumb sticks.- Remappable buttons on the back save configurations so you can easily switch between them.

This controller acts as a great backup option that provides an amazing grip, a responsive D-pad, and well-designed buttons. However, it lacks a built-in battery and requires the use of batteries similar to the ones used in an Xbox controller. Considering its price tag, it would have been better if it came with a battery. Additionally, the back buttons, although they feel great, may not be very durable, but that remains to be seen. Overall, it is an awesome controller.

Great little controller here. I am not approaching the competitive level that I guess this is aimed at but the little tune ups they've done are much appreciated.The sticks do slip off and there are various replacements included for various situations.The buttons are, for lack of a better word, tighter than a normal controller so they are responsive at a lesser pressure for quicker action.Do note that X-Y-A-B are not labeled so I guess not for a beginner if the price point doesn't suggest that enough.Also the octopus design is cool.

This feels like an Xbox Elite controller for sure. It is a quality build and has customizable sticks. It fits every type of style and uses the OEM Xbox gear. Also can use rechargeable batteries in the back as well, and there is no latency in between the function and response. I completely recommend this controller.

Im a very dedicated gamer I spend a lot of time gaming. So I will give you my honest answer. Its got it's goods and bads. I love the tactile triggers, the remappable back buttons their easy to set up and easy to use. The back buttons are placed a little high not a problem more of a suggestion. I also like the soft touch finish. The anologs are ok. Just prefer their be two of each length instead of one. But I only not pick because of how expensive it is. It's also not a new gen model controller also. It's a good controller yes but would I recommend it over other top custom mades no. If you want a well made controller it's not bad it arrives fast also but would i recommend it no it's way to expensive
