Q: Purchasing for staff for an event and need sizes to be exact. Need to know which chart to go by (picture or link) because not sure if XS is an option?

Which sizing chart do they go by, do you know? We would be ordering mostly XS according to the link but they are out and the picture chart is diff from the link next to the drop down sizing menu.

Q: I'm 5'9", weigh 118lbs (I'm beyond thin), typically wear a size 0 or 00 pants but my bust is a 30C/D. Should I buy a medium?

You should get a medium, definitely not a large like Dixperfect recommends. I'm 5'9, 125 pounds, a 32C, and I wear a size 4 pants (so, larger than you in all dimensions but height) and I ordered a large, it was so unflattering and did not fit right. Not to mention, I also have a long torso and wear a large for athletic one piece swimsuits (speedo, nike, etc). I am going to try to exchange for a medium. So, for you, probably a medium or even a small might be better!
