Tired of nuking my mugs of coffee 2 times before finishing, I purchased a mug that keeps your coffee temperature consistent from the first to last sip. It was amazing… for 3 months. Then, it stopped charging. I contacted the company to honor their 1-year warranty . They would send me a replacement with a 30-day warranty. No thank you. Back to the big box store with their unbeatable return policy. Now spoiled, I started looking for an alternative. I’ve always thought coffee warmers were gimmicky. I saw the KitchekShop reviews and number 1 best seller spot and thought I would give it a try. It actually works very well. You do, however need a flat-bottomed mug, that’s not double insulated. They’re not that easy to find. I wish they would charge $5 more and include a basic mug. I currently see they have “bundles” but the mugs aren’t for me as I am not the “best grandpa ever.” As for the warmer itself, it’s good. The only drawback is that it’s not really portable. If you move around a lot, you might end up back at the microwave. If you drink your coffee in one spot, like your desk, it’s perfect. It gets pretty hot so beware of accidently burning yourself, pets, children, etc. If you’re a hoarder don’t buy it (or, probably anything else)! You don’t want clutter falling on it and burning your house down.

Love this warmer!!!! I didn't realize how awesome it was until I thought it was out. For a week, I had cold coffee so quickly! Then I realized, I had accidentally unplugged it under my desk. :)I had a much more expensive version before this one, but you had to use a special mug. It did not work as well, couldn't control, and finally died after a month. I love the versatility of being able to use all of my fun mugs that make me laugh in the morning!Great price for a great product.

I am very happy with this mug warmer. It’s large enough to set large mugs on, and has four temperature settings. I use the hottest setting, which is 185°, and it keeps my tea very warm. The on-off switch is very sensitive, so you have to be sure that it doesn’t accidentally get turned on. I have attached a flip switch to the cord, so I turn that off each time to make sure it doesn’t accidentally get turned on.

I purchased this coffee warmer last year and loved it! I like hot coffee, and this kept my coffee at a perfect temperature without my having to get up and reheat it like I used to before. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, I noticed a slight melting plastic odor. I contacted the seller, and within days, I received a new warmer! I am very pleased with this item, and especially with the excellent customer service, and I strongly recommend it.

While I love this cup warmer after only 1 day, please note that it gets extremely hot on the bottom too. I was surprised it wasn't insulated better. your surface/desk needs to be heat resistant - using a silicone pad here and it's still hot. Set at 167 first, turned down to 145 and added silicone pad.

This has been a godsend! I've had several warmers over the years, and this one has been the best of them so far! It allows you to set the temperature you prefer (you have 4 to choose from), and gives you the opportunity to set how long you want it to run. I don't have to worry about forgetting to turn it off before I leave for work, and though the description claims not to heat up coffee for you, it does! I came home to a cold cup, set the warmer to the highest temperature, and in about 1/2 hour, it was hot enough to drink! I then bumped the temp back down to my preference and continued with my housework. It's even large enough to handle large cups. I have an enormous cup that my parents gave me as a joke gift for Christmas one year. This cup can be used as a small planter. It fits!The warmer came in excellent time, seems to be of good quality (time will tell) and fits nicely between my monitors on my computer desk. I can finally stop looking for the perfect warmer. This is it!

I'm pleased with this mug warmer. I've only had it a few days, but it keeps my coffee or tea at a perfect temperature for me. Even the temperature is adjustable. I like mine at 145 degrees.

My wife likes it except it turns on too easily. It sure does help the cold coffee problem!It was a gift but now I’m thinking about getting one . Plugs into 110 so no stupid transformer.
