I've been eating milled flaxseed for many years and especially like Bob's Bed Mill's flaxseed meal. It's finely grounded and doesn't interfere the taste of other food. I’ve been eating this for years and really like it but I recently discovered it has a relatively high level of cadmium. So I cut back and may have to switch to another brand. You never know!
