It has the extra methyl folate that I need for my MHTFR recessive gene. It’s never ever made me nauseous, even on an empty stomach in the morning. However, I have better luck taking it before I go to sleep. I only take my vitamins about four days a week and I only take one. This product is incredibly well-made and it’s sourced from good places. I’ve done my research on thorn laboratories. It’s a quality product and you don’t have to worry about weird Additives. Works terrific.

I have been taking these for a few months now due to the fact that I have been losing hair due to perimenopause, and my nails have gotten very brittle since I have been taking these vitamins. My hair has stopped falling out, and my nails are getting much stronger, I feel more energized With more energy throughout the day I would highly recommend these vitamins to anybody and everybody

Really enjoy the contents of these but they made me burp up fishy mint burps during pregnancy so I had to have a backup option for the days I couldn’t stomach these

I did a lot of research before finally choosing these. The regular prenatals taste absolutely horrible but if you compare them to other prenatals they have higher contend of everything needed to keep your baby healthy!

Only 3 pills to take, which is less than some other brands.

Without being a registered dietitian with education in pregnancy, I feel like it’s very hard to give a full review of these supplements. I’ve purchased them twice and feel like I’m getting a good boost of supplements I may be missing out on. My biggest complaint (as with all prenatal I’ve tried) is how many pills you have to take and the smell of your breath after taking them. The fish oil isn’t bad at all, as they are small and don’t smell. The prenatal themselves seem to be the culprit. Either way, these were one of the brands recommended by my midwives and I hope they fill any gaps I may be missing.

I love these prenatal! I think it is great that I can confidently take these without working about what may or may not be in them because they are third party tested. I also love that I can take a dha supplements that has absolutely no taste and no aftertaste either. Perfect especially if you are struggling with morning sickness and do not want those gross fish burps.
