Excellent Purchase
Husband has found this to be very helpful, he has arthritis and is in wait of knee op. This is extremely worth the money, very sturdy and already his working colleague is seeking to buy one too.

Poor quality manufacturing
When coming to assemble the headrest the screw holes do not align, so impossible to assemble. I also noticed one of the screws loose in the seat and it had been cross threaded onto the nut under the padding. I did manage to get this out and seat correctly.Overall very poor manufacturing and you would think they would use proper jigs to ensure everything aligned.
