ARENA Anti-Fog Spray

This anti fog spray works well. Once you stay the goggles and let it dry and if you then don’t touch the lens they stay fog free for some time. They stay fog free perfectly for the time of my swim which is normally about 45-50 minutes. I reapply for every use. Would recommend.

I have found the best thing is to apply the spray one squirt into each goggle eye piece, swirl the liquid around so the inside is coated. Let it dry. Then go for a swim. I usually do it the night before but can be done on the day. I’m happy with the product. I apply before every swim but it could last a few I think !

Rubbish used as instructions said, I got no more than three strokes into my first lap and they were fogged. Rinsed tried again fogged in four or five strokes. Absolute waste of money, would not recommend.Update I have now followed the instructions religiously, even down to measuring distance when spraying, and I take it all back. Have used them twice and the stuff works no fog, very pleased, admittedly the swims weren't too long but compared to when I originally wore them it works great.

Product itself works very well, I apply and then rinse off for my daughter as she’s a bit more sensitive to chemicals than myself.However the bottle design is atrocious, it leaks and doesn’t spray. Sometimes you get lucky with the packaging sometimes not.Just had to return my latest one as the spray function wouldn’t work and instead half of the bottle preceded to leak out everywhere

Initially sprayed it on to close and allowed it to dry but they got goggles wet inside and they immediately fogged. I thought I’d wasted money! So next time followed instructions and sprayed on from 20cm and then used them and swam for approx 35 mins and no fogging. Was putting goggles in and off head but didn’t get purposely wet and goggles stayed clear. So I’m pleased as thought I’d bought failure but it appears it’s all good! So I’d recommend but follow instructions

The first time I used it, it really didn't help. I didn't re apply it, but my goggles seemed to stay clearer on the second time I used it, so perhaps it does work - so far it's a 50/50 for me.

Maybe it the way that I do it (did it) but applied as directed and googles still fogged up first time after say half an hour swimming. Will try again but may need to look at others to find the perfect one that works for me!!!....update after trial and error the key to no fog is to not touch and get water on the inside of the goggles after spraying. I give couple of sprays in each lens before use, put on and swim. My problem is I use prescription googles, so have to take off at some point to clearly see watch, which sometimes let's on water! Upto then no fog.

Wanted to like this product but whatever I try my goggles still mist up. Thought it would be better for the price. Gone back to baby shampoo which works much better.
