This Budget Beast Roars in Orange!
After finishing my gaming PC build, I went on the Great Mouse Hunt, scrolling through reviews like a caffeine-fueled raccoon. For a budget-conscious gamer like myself, the Attack Shark X3 kept surfacing as the value king. Spoiler alert: it lives up to the hype. I’ve been using it for a few months now and have only needed to charge it once. That’s right, once. Battery life? Chef’s kiss. It’s feather-light, blazingly responsive, and thanks to the PAW3395 sensor and Kailh GM8.0 switches, this thing feels far more premium than the price tag suggests. Now, here’s the kicker: I use a different (and way more expensive) mouse for 10 hours a day at work. When I switch to the X3, I feel like I’ve upgraded from a rental car to a racecar. It just fits the ergonomics are on point, and it feels like it was molded by the gaming gods specifically for my hand. Bonus points for the orange color, which makes it look like it means business and fun. In short: If you're looking for a lightweight, responsive, budget-friendly mouse that punches way above its class this little shark bites back (in a good way). 🦈🔥

Can compete with mice more than double the price.
Are you looking for a gaming mouse that has a quality build, different colors, at a reasonable price? This is the mouse for you. For starters I bought two of this mouse in the red and purple. I spent a long time researching wireless mice and I eventually found my way to the Attack Shark X3. The colors are what caught my attention, it is hard to find a quality wireless gaming mouse that has actual colors without breaking the bank for something higher end. Additionally, the usb-c cord and 2.4G receiver are color coordinated with the mouse color you choose, which is a nice touch. Some common points I see against this mouse are that it is too small for big hands and the side buttons feel mushy. Let me begin by saying this is all a matter of personal preference. I am 6ft 3 and I have very big hands, this mouse does not feel small to me at all. It fills my palm without feeling too big or small, and the ergonomic shape makes it easy to use either claw grip or palm grip. The side buttons feel just right for me, and the skates feel good. Although you may prefer dot skates which you could add on the mouse to give a different feel, again a matter of preference. Now what really sets this apart from the rest is the price point, you get all this in between the 40-50$ range. All this mouse at this price, this is an amazing product. I highly recommend giving it a shot and seeing what you think. The X3 mouse makes me look forward to reviewing whatever Attack Shark puts out next in the future.

Greatly Priced Lightweight Mouse
Lowkenuinely the best mouse i’ve ever had. Great on price it’s a good fit for my hand and it’s lightweight. I’m on my second one (i broke the first because i raged) but it honestly took awhile to break it the first time.

Overall good, keeping it
Works fine on Bluetooth MacOS Tahoe 26, but you have to change the settings on a Windows PC or virtual machine first and it saves it to the memory inside the mouse. Sometimes when waking the laptop from sleep, the mouse is very laggy. But if you turn it off and back on it fixes it, just annoying All of the buttons are a bit harder to press than my other mice, and the clicks are super loud. It’s a little annoying but not a deal breaker for me personally Overall it’s a good mouse for me. Fits my hand perfect (I have small hands) and it’s really light. Just wish it had native MacOS support for the settings app I tried a Keychron M3 and liked this one better in every aspect. Way lighter, better feeling buttons, fits in my hand better

Okay on PC, bad on PS5, and TERRIBLE return process and customer service
I picked up the ATTACK SHARK X3 Lightweight Gaming Mouse hoping to use it across both my PC and PS5. It performed fine on my computer, with some problems such as occasional disconnects, slight lag, and a poor scrolling wheel. However, it completely failed to deliver on PS5. The mouse would randomly disconnect or just stop responding mid-session. Sometimes it worked fine for a while, then suddenly stopped without warning. I tried different ports and settings, but the issue persisted. For a device that claims broad compatibility, that’s a dealbreaker. Edit: As I have been using this mouse, the scroll wheel has gotten increasingly bad. It will completely stop working sometimes and when it does work it scrolls extremely slowly. Also, I have tried for the past two days to return this mouse to get a refund and it has been terrible. Amazon told me that the seller (ATTACK SHARK) would process the return and refund process and sent me the contact information. I then reached out to the seller and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it because it was purchased off of Amazon, not their official site. So now I’m down $40 and stuck with this mouse. Edit (2): Customer service reached out to me regarding the mouse and simply told me that the wireless version doesn’t work very well for PS5, so I shouldn’t even try to use it for that. They also said that, since I’m having all these issues, I need to try to debug the mouse myself. If I’m going to spend $40 on something I expect it to work and customer service on this issue has been terrible. If you’re only using it on PC, it might be a okay budget option. But for PS5 users, I can’t recommend it.

Best mouse I've ever used
This mouse is awesome. It is so lightweight and responsive it will feel like you are holding nothing. Had to relearn mouse movement because of it. I came from a g502 hero and g305. The software is also good and light. You can dial in your specific settings once and forget it. Everything you need and nothing you don't. So far no issues.
