Psycho Collection 1-4 Box Set

From the first look of Janet Leigh to the last glance of the Bates motel this really is the Anthony Perkins show. His portrayal of Norman Bates reaches a high point in pt 2 where his descent into insanity allows us to see how fragile a human mind can be. This boxset should be a part of every collection, whether you like horror or not.

Note on DVDs: Box is in another language but actual movies ARE in English.Review: Fantastic set of movies and enjoyed seeing Anthony Perkins continued in all four movies. Favourite is still the first though!

I returned this item. The box and writing on it was in another laungage I think it was German I'm not sure if the discs inside played in English or not as I didn't open it. But I wanted to give it as a present so it was unsuitable. It would help if the description told us this before we bought it.

An great collection that includes all four films from the Psycho franchise. All four films look good and English subtitles available for each, though there are little in the way of extras; this is not really an issue, however.This is how DVD releases should be. Good quality and accessible to all!

I bought this for the Hitchcock classic which in itself doesn't need reviewing, as for the others, with each film the story of Norman gets weaker ending with Psycho 4 which I believe was a made for TV film. That being said if you are a fan of the series then it's a must have which is full off special features (mostly on the original).If you are a fan then I fully recommend Bates Motel which is just fantastic.

Good box set the original classic and the ok sequels good value just over 8£
