Goodness Glows Liquid Makeup, Pecan - 1.0 Ounce

This makeup is wonderful. I’ve used Bare Minerals for the past 4 years with occasional use of Becca when I needed a full coverage foundation. Those are both great products but they’re also quite expensive. I decided to try this, despite having a history of allergies to an ingredient in other Burt’s Bees products. I am so glad I did! I apply with a wet Ecotools beauty blender. It goes on smooth and evenly and it stays on all day. It has just enough glow to it that it looks healthy without looking shiny and it is definitely full coverage. I have very fair skin. Most companies don’t even make shades light enough for my skin but the porcelain matches and it covers the redness I tend to have in my cheeks. Love it! I will continue to buy and will definitely recommend. Also, the mascara and eyeliner are both great as well!

I have been using this foundation for a few months now.. & I love it. Since I suffer from acne this was a good product to buy cause it's natural and it doesn't clog my pores, it gives enough coverage to cover my acne but not to much that it suffocates it.. You just have to make sure your buying the right color for your skin tone I had the almond beige have whiter skin with a lot of red on my face and I found the almond beige to be more orangey so I switched to natural beige.. 100 times better! In the winter I'll probably switch to a lighter color.. You can also use burts bees BB cream under it.. It helps a ton. They have a powder too that I like worth looking into. But ya I'd highly recommend this foundation.

This goes on like it's face lotion: you can use your fingers, sponge, or brush to apply. It looks natural, lays smoothly even with my wrinkles, and covers my sunspots and uneven skin tone. It has a muddy/earthy smell when you first put it on, but that goes away after it sets. I recommend this so much I gave a bottle to my dear friend who has horrendous eczema to try it out. She cannot wear any makeup through seasons when her skin is having a flare-up. BUT she can now, because she is using this foundation. It's also perfectly blendable if you want to mix it with a moisturizer for a BB cream affect on your face and even to put on your neck, chest, arms like body-makeup.

Thick and kinda cakey. With enough smearing around and powder I can mellow it out but I definitely won’t be buying again. Doesn’t last all day either.

I rarely write a bad review. I never write one until have give the product a fair chance. I love Burt's Bees products so this is a hard one to write. This liquid makeup stinks so bad that I thought it was rancid. I really tried hard to like it. - I thought after a few uses the smell would either subside or I would get use to it. NOPE. It is nasty. I called Burt's Bees because that is what I do when I love a company and feel like something is off with a certain product. The lady who spoke with me said " Yes, we know it stinks, and it is fine. It is not rancid." I said " No, it reallllyy realllyy stinks." She said she had used it and it did really have a strong odor. She admitted the odor was a rotten smell. Okay, I could still have used it because I liked the way it went on and looked.... but then it broke my face out. I do not ever break out like that. I stopped using it.

This is the most amazing foundation I have ever used. 1. It is full coverage. Most foundations claim to be and aren’t, but this is. 2. It smells amazing. It’s a freshing smell which I great in the mornings. 3. It is lightweight. When you finally find a full coverage foundation, it is always so heavy. This is so lightweight you forget you have it on. 4. If you looking for lightweight, full coverage, and improves the quality of skin, this is the product for you. After day 2, my pores have shrunk, my skin is so smooth, and all of my discoloring is gone. 5. Your face will feel like you washed with a professional cleanser when you take it off with JUST water. I will most definitely buy this again. I did guess my shade but I always do that anyway. The shade is excactly as pictured. Maybe hold your old foundation up to the picture?

I just tried this yesterday. At first I thought it too thick. Use a damp sponge to apply and a primer works well under it. After using it I noticed how well it covered without looking caked or dry. I am 68 years old and I didn’t set it with powder. It doesn’t take a lot to do the job. After we visited my granddaughters and as teens I asked them what they thought. They said they couldn’t tell I had makeup on and they really liked it! I’d say that is a pretty good endorsement right there! They do a beautiful job with their own make up. One thing I really want to praise is the fact that it stays on! I didn’t have to touch it up even after hours! I chose the natural beige and did use Tarte Tape I think it’s called under my eyes. I didn’t notice that much of a glow as it claims but I loved the natural look of it. I’ve used True Match for a long time but this is far more natural. Think I’m sold on it! Give it a minute to set and observe again. It’s worth a try for sure. I used a cream blush and it blended beautifully!

I bought this thinking it was a clean product with no harmful chemicals, i use the YUKA app on everything i buy, i have thrown away all my makeup because its poisen to the skin, as there is no ingredients list on this product and as i belived Burts Bees is a clean product i bought this. But it contains PHENOXYETHANOL so i refuse to use it. Until i find a product that is clean, i will not be using any makeup, until the beauty industy stop adding toxic chemicals to the ingredients i refuse to buy them. If you all use the YUKA app it will seriousy change your life, you can scan all beauty products and food products. This app has the potentional to change the food and cosmetic industry forever, imagine living in a world where there are no toxic chemicals, imagine the difference this would make to our lives.
