They're sleeves, sure, but they're not premium by any stretch. They're floppy, oversized, and generally cheap feeling. I have no idea how they can be advertised as premium.

Good for storage
Good for storage. Can be used for playing, but might not feel as good since these are a bit taller than most cards in Collectible Card Games. It's generally a good value for money since they are rather durable, so I recommend them if you have a huge collection you want to protect. This offer is rather overpriced however (around 0.75£ more than in some CTG online shops). I only bought it from here because there were no delivery charges. In other words, this can be a good purchase, but do the maths first.
