this isn't enough information to properly answer, so instead I will say take it to a repair shop. There are a few phone shops I know of that also repair game consoles and controllers. Like U Break I fix is one I believe.

Does the controller have pressure sensitive face buttons? I saw it says "sensitive button" on the page but I wasn't sure
