Habe mich nach Vergleichen unterschiedlicher Modelle für dieses entschieden und bin sehr zufrieden. Der "große Bruder" dazu hätte zwar mehr Möglichkeiten geboten, allerdings auch zu viel Platz gebraucht. Dieser hier kann einfach stehen gelassen werden, ohne im Weg zu sein. Habe nur die Aufsätze im Kasten, was allerdings auch mit den Katzen zusammen hängt, deren Forscherdrang wäre mir dann zu riskant gewesen mit den Raspelscheiben. Karotten, Zucchini, Zwiebel, Erdäpfelscheiben, das geht ganz fix, und bei den kleinen Mengen überhitzt er auch nicht. Einmal hab ich roten Paprika probiert, das war dann eher in Salatkonsistenz, also eine Spur zu weich. Die härteren Gemüsesorten lassen sich perfekt schneiden oder raspeln und es gibt nur ganz wenig Reste, kaum der Rede wert. Parmesan geht auch gut, allerdings eher in eine kleine Schüssel als direkt in den Teller, dafür wirft er nicht weit genug.

La moulinex es un buen producto. Cumple con sus funciones. Ayer hice tortilla de batata y no tuve ningún problema. Es verdad que algunas rodajas son más anchas que otras, es el único inconveniente que le veo. No hace mucho ruido y es muy compacta, perfecta para guardar en cualquier sitio. Muy contenta con la compra.

Ormai la uso da un po' e sono molto soddisfatta. È piccola e comoda da riporre, con vari adattarori per i diversi tagli come julienne, rondelle o grattugia. I componenti si lavano facilmente, anche in lavastoviglie. Per tagliare verdura come carote e zucchine è perfetta. Il taglio non è sempre "perfetto" esteticamente, come invece si otterrebbe con la normale mandolina, per esempio ma fa risparmiare molto tempo. Su cose molto dure come magari un formaggio molto stagionato e secco, si sente il motore faticare un po', serve un po' di pazienza in questi casi. Per cose come pomodori o peperoni la sconsiglio, vista la buccia più dura tende più a schiacciarli. Complessivamente un gran prodotto, visto anche il prezzo abbordabile e le dimensioni ridotte! I componenti sono in plastica, quindi ovviamente serve fare attenzione ad eventuali cadute. Nel mio caso il coperchio di sicurezza che si mette davanti alla bocchetta dove gira la lama è caduto e si è rotto, ma la riesco adutilizzare lo stesso senza problemi! Fa risparmiare tempo ed è di grande utilità in cucina.
