I got this as a gift for my grandma. It seems durable, the plastic isn't super soft but honestly what can you expect. It sort of feels like one of those clear plastic makeup bags. Stick it in the freezer for a while and it does offer a cooling effect, I think it would be great for summer. Overall, it is effective for what it is, it fits nice, and I would consider it good value for your money.

It covers parts of the face that other masks miss. It was great for me I had dental surgery and was very badly bruised.It fit well, great vale for the money and the cooling effect worked to effectively fade my bruises.

I love the weight & quality of the material this mask is made out of.I have kept mine in a ziplock bag in the freezer, then switched to keeping it in the fridge. The cool down process is basically the same time. You will have to keep putting the mask in the fridge to keep it cool.The soft side is along the lines of velour. Super soft & comfortable.The downside is the velcro on the straps that hold the mask in place at the back of your head. It can & will snag your hair. Be careful.

I ordered two, the Blue came wrapped up with 2 round under eye pads.The Pink did not come wrapped up and is missing the under eye pads.Overall good product. One star for the pink one.
