Is the early math set for 4+ years the same size cubes as the big builders set for 5+ year old or are they larger/easier to snap together?

Not sure about the difference in size, I have the early set for 4+. My child moves and snaps them fluently without issue or needing help, and even enjoys playing with them as builders. They've really helped grasp the concept of counting 1's through 10's .
