Good abs workout., Solid build

I was looking for a particular abs wheel I could not find. This had good reviews so I gave it a shot. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with it but the wheel is a bit small and I don't like its action so sent it back and did find the one closest to the one I use at the gym. The 66fit abs and core power wheel which is great and has foot plates as well and has double 12" wheels.

Muy buen producto, el material es resistente y su ergonomía es perfecta. Ya después de usarlo un par de semanas, ya se siente el dolor en el abdomen, lo cual es bueno! No incluye tapete para que lo consideren. Tardó un poco pues no había stock, pero ya que llegó lo estoy disfrutando mucho.

Ich bin weiblich und mittleren Alters. Da ich nicht die Zeit habe, ins Fitnesscenter zu gehen, trainiere ich daheim so gut es geht. Neben meinem Sling Trainer und diversen Zugbändern habe ich noch ein Bauchmuskeltrainer gesucht. Nachdem ich den Ab Bauchroller meiner Tochter ausprobiert habe, war klar, dass etwas anderes her muss. Bei den "normalen" Bauchtrainer ist der Trainingseffekt sicher höher, jedoch neige ich dazu bei zu großer Anstrengung Ausweichbewegungen zu machen, was in diesem Fall sicher nicht gesund für den Rücken sein kann. Übungen möchte ich sauber ausführen, ohne dass ich wegen zu großer Anstrengungen einen falschen Bewegungablauf einnehme und mir damit etwas kaputt mache. Bei der Amazon Suche nach einem geeigneten Bauchtrainer bin ich nun auf den Iron Gym Bauchtrainer gestoßen. Die Rückholfunktion hat mich interessiert und ich habe ihn bestellt. Der Bauchtrainer wurde rasch geliefert. Er sondert keinen unangenehmen Geruch ab. Die Griffe sind ergonomisch so gut angebracht, dass ich keine Schmerzen in den Handgelenken bekommen habe. Ich trainiere auf Vollholzparkett und lege mir eine gefaltete Trainingsmatte unter die Knie (Kniepad ist leider im Lieferumfang nicht enthalten). Ich bin begeistert. Durch die Rückholfunktion kann ich mich auf einen sauberen Bewegungablauf konzentrieren. Bauchmuskelkater ist sicher mit diesem Gerät. Wenn ich mal soweit bin, dass drei Sätze mit 20-30 Wiederholungen locker machen kann und keinen Bauchmuskelkater mehr bekomme, schaue ich mich nach etwas anderem um. Das wird aber sicher noch seeeeehr lange dauern. Ich hoffe ich konnte beim Kaufentscheid behilflich sein.

The best and easy way to exercise your tummy... great for people who doesn't do outdoor, I definitely recommend it because it is so easy to use even for a child since it has a spring that easily backs off and gradually you can change the routines by stretching more or less depending if you are a beginner, you do not require experience to use it if you do at least 1 hour per day you will reduced your belly and get great abs. I have to say that the rubber or plastic of the handles (don"t know the name of the material) are worn out over time depending on whether you wear gloves or not, and it is starting up little by little as you can see in the photo. but the wheel is very strong and durable I have tried it on floors with tiles, vinyl, linoleum, wood including cement and sidewalks and believe me the sidewalks and street and basketball courts in my country are definitely 3rd world and I even have it wet with water and sweat and the truth after 8 years is still very well preserved.
