Haven't been able to find something that works well for me. I finally came across Hemfix on a blog and decided to try it out. It's great. Definitely the best product I've found.

I was very hopeful I would like this hemorrhoid cream but it is just okay. Burns and really didn’t helpmuch with hemorrhoid swelling. Very expensive gif what you get and how it works with hemorrhoids. I do not recommend it.

I have a family member who suffers occasionally from this issue and we had yet to find a product that gives much real relief. This cream goes a long way toward that and we like how it doesn't make a huge mess. I was able to feel the cream on my hand and it has a light, pleasant scent and isn't overly greasy or messy. I genuinely feel for people who have to deal with this and am glad I found a product that works better than the previous ones we have tried. Now on to the only negative, I feel $22.50/ounce is quite expensive and could possibly prohibit some people from getting access to it.
