Q: Is it OK for a aluminium tank

Hello Amazon, I used Pet Seal on both a BMW Aluminum and BSA Steel Tanks successfully but you must clean the tanks from as much rust/paint etc as possible and make sure they are dry and 'oily' free; I used some new nuts and bolts and chain { not rusty} rattled around to clean followed by degreaser then washed and dried; Do not leave exposed threads; The makers are most helpful if any doubts about use.

nope only metal tanks that suffer from rust penertration.

Hi my husband used this product on his motor cycle tank too he said his went clear after it was totally dry... he brought his tank into the house to so it would be warm
