Does what is required
Hi I was attracted by this instantaneous heater unit as it is more compact and attractive than the traditional over the basin ones. The temperature could be a little higher but it is ok. The controlling valve (washing machine type) supplied leaked a little, but as I asked the plumber to fit stop valves to all my fittings it was not a problem and it was removed to solve the problem. I have about 1 bar pressure (within the required 0.5 bar) but it did reduce the flow a little - so make sure your pressure is at l;east 1 bar or you could have issues. Instructions could have been better, but I guess there is something lost in translation however, it was fitted without too much problem. The flow direction is indicated by arrows on the flat side of the unit. My plumber missed these although I didn't. Either way for a cloakroom fitting it is just what I wanted. Has been fitted two weeks now and good enough so far. Seller responsive and helpful.

No instructions in English and no guarantee
This product comes with instructions only in polish and has a guarantee that only applies apparently to Poland. It arrived yesterday and we have had to try an source instructions in English. Hoping it works as there is effectively no guarantee. Not acceptable!!!

Water heater was great
Water heater was great . Flow tap was faulty .it was leaking from shaft seal . But to get job finished I had to purchase a different tap for the flow

Good Water heater. Unfortunately it has a European plug
I have used this product in the past and the product works really well. It is small, which makes it easy to hide, heats the water quickly and is easy to connect. Unfortunately, it has a European plug, and converting it to Uk involves the loss of the manufacturer's warranty

Instant hot water - just perfect
Having had one of these fitted in another room for over 7 years, it is just a perfect heater for handwashing in a small bathroom

Watch where you buying from
I had same problem. I decide save couple pence and I purchased from shop in Germany. No English instructions and poor communication. Huge disappointment with service. Models sold by UK shops/agents are different from these in Germany to meet UK standards. Now I'm buying only from UK sellers.

With continentsl plug fitted
Great but had to remove the two pin plug to wire in which probably affects its guarantee.
