Delivered quickly - easy to put together - really good instructions and all parts were carefully packaged. It is a very sturdy bed - great looking, good storage. Really happy with it.

Bed arrived two days before delivery date which was brilliant, the delivery driver was also great, really helpful and went out of his way to help with the boxes.Overall, the bed is a good design, however, the head board arrived quite scuffed, annoyingly on the outside where it's very visible, and the hinges don't go on very well for the cupboard door. When the latch is attached to the door it is also very difficult for a child to open!Other than that it is reasonably sturdy and my 9 year old loves it..... just very disappointed that it is damaged, we didn't have time to send it back as it was part of a bedroom 'make-over surprise', but do not expect this on a product for this price.The wood does look like it will mark easily though, so I guess time will tell!There is quite a bit of storage space at the back of the underneath storage section, which is not attached to the bed, but can be slid out (when not too full). This is handy for things which are used too often for the loft, but not enough to have in the front section.Had the bed not been damaged I would have given 4 stars.

What can I say!! I spent over £500 on beds for my kids bedrooms, and as you can see from photos this is what I received. The first bed had a split in the side panel, they replaced but did not collect damaged one. I only had this weekend to assemble the beds and I'm gutted that it now will not happen. I had an IKEA bed before this and it was as solid as you like, but this is so far below parr. I'm gutted. I want a refund but not sure if this company are going to play ball. nice looking bed, but when sitting on you can feel hard wood under your legs/knees, I expected that with matress on i woudlnt feel it. so not comfy when reading a bedtime story to your child: i have to get in bed or sit next to my dd but can not sit on the bed.also, the inside of the handles are not smoothed and therefore not painted very well.still, bed loook good, was fairly easy to put together and does the job,we didnt put the back panel in the middle storage so it acts now as the entrance to the den (draws go half way of the beds width so theres plenty of room for kids o play under the " tent"

The bed generally looks ok but the quality is v poor. The drawers are not straight and I've had to unscrew and play around with the levels to try and get them straight. There were lots of scratches etc on the bed, one of the headboard slats were cracked, one of the drawers, the headboard and numerous other smaller defects. Overall once up I'm lucky that you can't see them too much but if I'd known the quality before I started I would never have bought it. I may get round to submitting some photos too!

I have brought this bed in the past, and remembered the ease of putting it together. this time is went together just as easily as the first, the drawers are good and sturdy, and the structure strong. so pleased to have purchased another of these beds. if limited on space when building this bed, I would strongly recommend you build the storage unit first, as the bed frame sits over it so can be built without base being in the way

Good bed. Great storage and little one loves it. Build quality could be better, especially in storage drawers

very disappointed as the backs to the draws were missing, If I Had not already thrown my daughters bed in the skip I would have sent this product back . Luckily my Husband is very Handy and made his own all be it a few days later.
