Product was described as “excellent condition”. Per amazon requirements this is: Cosmetic condition: Excellent Screen: No scratches Body: No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and more) are visible when holding the product 30 centimeters away. Functional condition: Excellent Functionality: Fully functional Battery: >80% of original battery life Accessories: Generic or original equipment manufacturer accessories and packaging provided. This was not the case, see photos. Covered in dirt, scratches and usb port was rusty. Didn’t come in manufacturer packaging. All accessories however were provided and delivery was quick. Overall very poor quality, have arranged a return.

The console was as expected but I did need to buy a new controller 3 days after using it due to a button sticking. Prior to receiving the console the company where I'd purchased it from called to advise the one I bought originally was out of stock and offered another with game's included, I appreciated the communication from them.

Just checked out my PS4 slim, works great my only complaint was it was supposed to be ordered on Tuesday which I did and arrived on Thursday and it was shipped by UPS my only complaint is it didn't arrive till a day later than it was supposed to but in all the tracking info you get left shipper facility arrived at Kerry facility for hours later left carrier facility arrived at next facility which then it's been 18 hours and 33 minutes at One stop which if it's taking approximately 6 hours to travel that could have been three travel spots they could have arrived on time the way it was supposed to the company works with me I have a couple of photos of the screen showing the PlayStation working right and everything so definitely get thumbs up and I give a definite direct to the company that they will take care of you if something does go wrong and they are pretty good and quick about it.

Was supposed to have 1 TB of storage, literally has only 500, 480 of which said was used up already??? The original owner was logged in. All I did was log into my wifi, now the ps4 won’t connect to my tv at all. Every time it turns on, it says it needs to be turned off because it cannot be found. Genuinely so upset. My day was already sucking and this is just the last straw for me. I knew I should have bought a new one. I hope I can return it. Edit: I am going to return it. I tried buying a new hard drive to see if that was the issue, and it was not. Waste of money and time.
