For simple learning , Grab these
These flashcards are super helpful! They break things down in a simple way and the mnemonics actually stick in your head. I use them to study in between classes and they make it way easier to remember the meds. Definitely a good buy for nursing school.

Medication flashcards
Very great source to use as a study and remembering medications. Very to the point and most basic you can get for anyone to understand

Helpful for some
These cards are well made and sturdy but they probably aren’t the best way to memorize meds for pharmacology. Some of the mnemonics phrases on the cards are just not that great. Because i’m already a nurse who knows a lot of these medications it isn’t so bad to review them this way while I go back to school for a higher degree but, I don’t think this is the most effective method of learning pharmacology if you’re new to it. The price is lower than the competition but I also think you get what you paid for with this one. If you’re new to the profession, try something else.

Great quality and very easy to remember information
The media could not be loaded. Package is great, very durable material, organized, read line by colors. The suffixes are great, including the drugs, class, and category. You have examples of the genetic names and it pretty much tells you what they do “function in the body”. For example, the drug category ending in -PRiL tells you that it is an ACE inhibitor and gives you the genetic name as Lisinopril (“knowledge” used to lower BP, have to be taken once a day in the morning) as well as a mnemonic telling you that it helps lower blood pressure."I hope this helps clarify the information!

Worthless
I am a nursing instructor and thought these might give me some ideas, to help students with different learning styles, master pharmacology. These are the most ridiculous mnemonics I have ever seen. None are memorable and this set was a waste of my time and money.

Suffix error on this flashcard study guide. Don't recommend. How many more errors?
Flashcards of good quality. Good Study Aid if this company could spell. HOWEVER ... as a first part-time semester Nursing student (and not knowing much yet) I already found one MAJOR mistake. Prednisone (a steroid) they have spelled as prednisolone on a few cards with OLONE as the suffix to know, when it's actually "one" is the suffix to know. So I don't know how many other mistakes there are on these study flash cards. That's the one I found just flipping through them. If you buy these study flash cards, get on your computer and make sure every word and root and suffix, is correct. Buyer BEWARE. Would not recommend.
