Function
I believe this is a good product, I was not able to use it due to severity of bend in my finger. Put it on a normal finger and the device worked very well with good control of the tension adjustment

Pretty slick
So far it is working as designed. Little by little the the tendon is stretching and the finger is straighting out. After a while the foam is compressed and becomes useless. The frame is made of a solid metal so it won't bend or flex on you. The instructions were all in Chinese and I thought it was odd they sent a little toy with it!

Exactly what I needed!
This tool is excellent; it has a hard metal structure and is soft on the skin. I hope this will help fix my finger injury back to normal.

Not for petite/ small hands
Product quality and price worthwile.I believe it is a good product for those who could use it however, I wished it was more adjustable or they make a smaller version for the more petite population.

Very effective
This is a very effective product. You can feel the stretch as you tighten the clamp. Don't overtighten, or you'll cut off the blood circulation to your fingertip. One caution before buying - if you have small hands, it may not work on your interior pinky knuckle.

It really helped me.
This device really worked for me. I was in a motorcycle accident and sustained pretty significant injuries as well as some minor injuries. One minor injury was a fracture in my right middle finger in addition to a broken right wrist along with an compressed median nerve. My middle finger ended up frozen in a curved position. I was unable to straighten the finger. I used an aluminum splint to help straighten it but that was extremely painful and not helping much. My occupational therapist recommended this device. I used this and within about a month of use I was able to straighten my middle finger without any difficulty. The only thing I did not like was that the device would rotate to the side and the pressure would be off center until I repositioned the device. This is minor and possibly due to my fingers being on the shorter side since I am a short woman. I highly recommend this device to anyone whose therapist or physician suggests they try it.

Not for pinky fingers
This seems like it would work better for larger fingers - maybe on larger hands. I was trying to straighten my pinky finger which was dislocated and healed kind of in a claw shape. The finger "tray" that you lay your finger in is made of hard plastic and has ZERO give to it at all. I couldn't really get my finger in there in such a way that the clamp was effective. I was able to get it to clamp down, but I had to shove that white "tray part up into my hand which was absurdly uncomfortable to wear for more than a min or two at a time.

Love this!
Love this! I use it at night or for an hour or so before my Occupational Therapy (OT) session. I suffered a stroke a year ago and have a stubborn left index finger that needs extra attention. Once I’ve used this splint on that finger, the finger is stretched and relaxed enough for me to engage in the more fine-motor specific OT activities I am working on at this point in my recovery. Highly recommend.
