The Gods Never Left Us: The Long Awaited Sequel to the Worldwide Best-seller Chariots of the Gods

I read Eric Van Danken's first book years ago and had kind of forgot about him. But I saw his book in Amazon and thought, Hmmmmm, I wonder what he's preaching about now. Well, whether or not that you have any feelings regarding the idea of earth being visited by extra terrestrials. I'm deeply interested in this topic though many people think this is nothing but wild speculation. I believe just the opposite. If you read any serious books on this subject, you will become to understand the there are certainly beings are visiting earth and have for probably centuries. If this didn't pique your interest.... don't buy this book. But Mr. Daniken writes a good book, though I disagree on a few of his remarks. Even if you're new to this proposition, it's a fun and enlighteningly........ but keep an open mind.

I read Chariots of the Gods as a teenage boy and it permanently set in place my pursuit of the unanswered question. As I have witnessed in my lifetime the great discoveries that have increased our knowledge of the unknown. It becomes apparent that there is much we don't know and the great importance to vigorously pursue that knowledge. This book continues to cement the need to pursue the unanswered question. Enjoy

Like all his books this one is very intresting and informative.

Already an ancient alien fan the book provides researched evidence and mind boggling scenarios whereby if revealed would reshape everything we have learned and thought previously.

How easy to manipulate the human animal into doing exactly what you desire them to do. Ancient truths supported with facts everywhere. As I’ve stated over and over stop asking if, which shows your lack knowing basic simple text, basic world facts. I have composed a list, where is the database to analyze whom and when so I can see the selections of why me, because yes I desire the answers as I see all around and above and beyond the MEs. Like all great books I cherish the bibliography and references used, what a perfect list of supporting text when all the work is done for you. The only thing lacking in conversations with other well read persons to discuss the facts behind crop circles, ancient painting, DNA, written right there in the Judaeo Christian Historical records published for all to see. Yet where are the tablets, the desires of my heart to know more as I call to Thoth and accept him for his admixture. So I wonder if they’ve kept records the way our governments do now or do they also leave the facts up to the Vatican..archives and like colleges miraculously discover them back in the shelves, which is really rediscovered when appropriate and not When people such as myself contact them asking to publish the truths so obvious when studied or perhaps it’s the enlightenment of the Igigi and honey. Where is the rest of Genesis 1. I have awarded myself another doctorate! Give unto Cesar!

I like Eric's writing and try to collect them all. His writings makes one to think. This is book is one of his most interesting, informative, and I can't put it. I am planning to finish it tonight if I can. The delivery was fast, the book arrived in a great shape. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a translation of Erich von Daeniken's 2016 book Botschaften aus dem Jahr 2118 (Messages from the year 2118). While von Daeniken's works are always worth reading, I found this one a little slower and lacking in the photos his books usually contain. The German title was a little misleading as it only covers the first and last chapters. Also, I thought this would be a translation of his 1985 book Habe Ich Mich Geirrt (Did I Get it Wrong) as that one was also said to be a continuation of Chariots of the Gods. Fortunately, a brief snippet of the 1985 book is in this one and nice to see it translated. Hopefully, the whole of that book will be translated as well someday. Still, it is well worth a read and can't wait for his next book!

I could kick myself that I never picked up a von Daniken book until now but I probably wasn't ready for his knowledge. This book is particularly relevant in light of the new wave of UFOs and orbs appearing in the US and the UK.

Couldn’t put it down - read it in my personal all time record reading time. It’s that good. I’d already read Erich’s first Chariots of the Gods and this one is even better because he doesn’t talk about the basics so much but more in details about things. Totally recommend it.
