Stop and read this! If I could give this product more than five stars I would. I have been suffering from carpal tunnel, especially in my right hand, wrist, and forearm, for the last several months. It has progressively been getting more uncomfortable at night, to the point that it was waking me up with not just numbness but also with pain in my first three digits as well as some pain in my wrist. Once I was awake, it was incredibly difficult to get back to sleep because no amount of stretching or flexing or massaging the area was doing anything to relieve the pain, numbness, and discomfort. Again, most of my issues were at night while I was sleeping. I decided to give this wrist brace a try after seeing a few videos and reading several reviews and I'm so glad that I did. I primarily wear this on my right hand which is my predominant hand. I followed the advice of a few video reviewers and did not excessively tighten this wrist brace up. I just simply put it on my hand so that it was comfortable, but again not overly tight. I have worn this for two nights in a row now and I can say after months of suffering with carpal tunnel through the night with no exceptions, this brace on the first night took away 98% of my symptoms and by the second night I had zero symptoms through the night. Zero! No numbness, no tingling, no nothing. Because I do not wear the brace overly tight, there is obviously still plenty of wrist support to be effective, but my wrist does not get sweaty and I'm not left with weird Impressions from the brace. There is a nice neoprene sleeve inside, as well as a wonderfully soft lining throughout the interior. The brace is honestly very comfortable to me. I am fairly aware when there is a new pattern being introduced, and this brace has not troubled my sleep at all. The velcro is more than effective, and there are no scratchy sides that stick out that you need to worry about. The bracing inside is effective, but not harsh . My mother had a wrist brace that had metal stays in it and she said she would whack herself in the head with it at night and wake herself up. This brace has caused me zero discomfort in my sleep. One last thing I would like to add is that previously upon waking in the morning I was beginning to nervous shocking Sensations running through my wrist and fingers when I was trying to do the simplest tasks. Since using the brace, those Sensations when I first wake up have almost completely subsided . I cannot speak to wearing this throughout the day. I only purchased it for sleeping, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. For the price, you can't risk not giving it a try. I hope you love it as much as I do.

I've been having trouble with carpal tunnel and often at night I will wake up with my hand numb. This brace definitely helps for night time and for daytime use. I'm very happy with this product

I purchased these four months ago to help recover from carpal tunnel release surgery.This brace is the most comfortable and supportive brace I have ever tried. The wrist stability is outstanding. The design is comfortable enough to wear overnight without notice and once the aluminum stabilizer is removed, the brace is washable. I’ve already ordered another pair.

It works really well but it's really unfortunate that you can't get this same one in a single pack. I have a wrist injury on my right wrist and would like two of them for my right wrist only but don't want to spend the extra money on the pair. The others for sleeping do not have the same level of support but they're heavily discounted right now.

This was recommended by my doctor. It has helped me immensely. I wear them at night. I am waking without pain or swelling. This is a wonderful thing to try if experiencing carpal tunnel symptoms. Measure your hands as indicated. They’re true to size. Well worth the money and much more affordable than going to a medical brace store.

These are comfortable and held on nicely with 2 Velcro straps on each one. I was right on the border of size small-medium and got med. They are a tad loose.

Please work great. I have previously had carpal tunnel surgery and due to some other issues it feels like it's been coming back. These 100% make it better. Especially at night they prevent the clenching of my hands.
