Huge time and cost saver compared to hard wiring. Works great and is super easy to pair the outlet modules with the remote. The wall plate adapter makes the remote look like a conventional wall switch and won't get lost. I even like the remote's green blink when it's operated.

Worked right out of the box, no linking required. It's nice to have the option to leave it in the wall plate or keep it close as a remote.

Works like a charm! This was exactly what we needed for a plug-in light at the bottom of our stairs. I placed the outlet at the top of the stairs and it works perfectly. Super easy to install and simple - I’ve had many remote outlets that are overly complicated with apps and Bluetooth etc that can only be controlled by one person’s phone. This is perfectly effective and simple and it looks great! Just like any other switch in our home.

Instead of unplugging Christmas lights every day, I plugged them into this remote-control outlet. I used command strips to secure the switch plate (remote) to the wall next to some standard light switches. I opted for command strips since I knew I'd be removing the switch after Christmas and I'm not sure how the sticky strip that came with the product would hold up (definitely didn't want to use the included screws since I'm only using the switch seasonally). Worked perfectly and looks very much like a normal switch!I'll probably buy more next year so I can turn the same outlet on and off from switches in different locations (i.e. one by the front door and one in room with the outlet).

This works exactly as advertised. A very cool and simple idea that has dramatically changed how we use lamps in our living room. We live in an older home without much option for switched lights and this has been a game changer. My kids all want one for the lava lamps in their rooms. Connectivity works great and the aesthetic is nice - it looks like the switch was always there.

The shipping materials were well suited to protecting the item during transit. Item arrived in good shape, and works quite nicely.The only thing I would consider negative is the individual outlet control button being on the bottom makes it less convenient when the device is in the top outlet, if shared with another thing plugged in on the bottom. Perhaps on the side, or face of the unit would be easier. All in all, this is a very minor thing, and the outlet units are otherwise nicely made. Sturdy feeling.The switch feels sturdy enough, and is properly responsive. If you need such a thing, you won’t go wrong with this purchase.

I have a set of overhead LED lights in my work shop daisy chained from an outlet in my work shop. There was no way to turn off all the lights at once and they mostly ended up staying on 24/7 instead of walking around pulling every chain or having to walk into the middle of a dark workshop before a light could be turned on.This product was a quick and simple solution without having to do any electrical rework. Switch mounts easily and securely and pairing was easy.The switch could even be left unmounted and used as a portable / pocketable remote. This could make for a great way to remotely turn on shop dust collection on demand as well if mounted near stationary tools. Multiple switches can be paired to one outlet so you could scatter them around the work space and always be near one.Another more obscure use case could be to easily or remotely power cycle equipment that needs to be occasionally reset. Internet router acting up? No more pulling it out, fumbling around to pull the power cord and try and get it plugged back in tight spaces. Just mount the switch near to on the side of the router and simply flip it off then on to reset. I have a wifi camera in on of the kids room as a baby monitor it will glitch out sometimes and need to be power cycled to fix. In the middle of the night while they are sleeping I can't go in and fish around behind bookshelves to unplug the camera. Just keep the remote in your nightstand and if needed use the remote to power cycle the camera from you bed or while sitting on the couch.Endless creative possibilities with this product.

This works perfectly for mounting a light switch on a wall that turns on a lamp across the room. I bought 3 of these and the wireless signal doesn’t interfere with each other. Also doesn’t have to be line-of-sight, which is tremendously helpful. I can put the receiver behind a piece of furniture and it still receives the transmitter switch signal. The transmitter looks just like a regular switch on the wall. Very clever design. I have 4 stars because the receiver connected to the wall outlet does make an audible “click” sound when turned on or off, but other than that this works flawlessly and looks great.
