Excellent printer with an excellent value ink supply plan.
Brilliant printer. Have had this several months now and it is working extremely well. It comes with a subscription ink plan which you can also view on the computer app. New cartridges are sent when the company can see your levels are low. A very reasonable monthly price calculated on the number of pages printed monthly.

HP compact & easy set-up.
Great HP inkjet printer, more compact than a previous model, and easy to set-up. Configuration took a few minutes but printed OK after that operation. Hope this one lasts as long as the 15 year old HP OfficeJet 8500. Replacement ink cartridges still expensive even today.

Excellent Replacement for Old HP Printer
I bought this to replace an HP Envy 5540 which my wife and I had had for years and which gave sterling service. It was pretty simple and straightforward to set up The only slight problem was that all my computing and telephone equipment is (due to my advancing age) rather ancient and I feared that, with some of the messages I was getting back during installation, the new wouldn't talk to the old, but, it all worked in the end. Recommended.

Absolute rubbish!
This is the worst printer ever! It has never worked properly, the quality is awful, it's really slow, the cartridges don't last and replacements cost twice what the printer did. DO NOT BUY!!!

My Last HP printer lasted 10 Years!
I've just bought this and set it up and so far so good. It prints well and is fairly fast. I would say it's good value for money, the wireless connectivity is good as it connects to your Wi-Fi without having to put your password in! Everything seems to function very well so far. I had my last HP product for 10 years so I'm happy to stay with the same brand.

Under no circumstances buy this product. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Impossible to get connection to network or computer. No usb port either. Garbage
