Giving this 5 stars because it has SAVED MY LIFE. Not only is the vacuum and the dock as visually appealing as possible, it also seems very sturdy and the mapping is very sensitive. The auto empty feature is great as well. There is only one issue that I have found, but it is easily fixed. If the mop pad is on, and you do vacuum only, the mop pad gets really dirty and hairy. I have started taking the mop pad off unless I am planning to use the mop feature and that solves the problem. I wouldve done this from the start but I was under the impression that the mop tray would lift if you aren't mopping. Over all, the vacuum does an excellent job, it even gets under my chairs, barstools and China cabinet. The mop feature is okay, it will do a basic clean but if you want a deeper clean or if you have a big mess you'll definitely want to break out a heavier duty mop. (Which is to be expected). I also recommend to do a vacuum only, then apply your mop pad and then do a "full clean" which will vacuum leftovers and mop at the same time. The noise level is mild- moderate. It's definitely not as loud as a traditional vacuum, but if youre watching TV while it's running, you'll probably need to turn it up a bit. I was skeptical on which brand to get, but I really am happy with this purchase and I definitely feel like the machine is a great value for the money! JUST GET THE VACUUM!

I am so happy with this purchase! For the price I typically pay to have my home cleaned I can pay this in two months. I typically pay 120-130 biweekly for a cleaner to come in because of the 3k sq feet we have in our house and for me alone that is a lot of flooring to cover. I figured I would rather pay for this item to do it for me and stop paying housecleaners. There is a downside of the mopping that you can not use cleaner directly but with dogs just the cloth wiping down helps cut down on dirt a ton. The vacuum does a great job of picking up and we could tell the difference fast. I like that there is multiple levels of suctions, also for mopping you can choose the amount of water to use. The app is easy to use as well. I was super impressed by the app and it gives you real time status of what parts of floor is cleaned. I love the easy spot or zone cleaning directive on app as well. The noise level is a little loud compared to the shark robot vacuum I previously had but as long as it leaves my floors clean, I don't mind. The battery does take a bit to charge and then according to what suction you use the battery is used a little faster. Overnight it charges fine but if I use the turbo suction I notice battery dies faster.

Do not buy!!!! Worked great and then my dog had an accident..it has auto detector..WELL IT DID NOT AUTO DETECT!!! I was up at 2 am cleaning the mess it made…then I had to clean the machine…I was careful not to get the water inside. I had to leave it off the charger for 24 to dry everything..machine, dust bin, mop pad, rollers and anything else it had crap on it. The machine why I placed on the charger when everything was good and dry. It worked prior because it keep tell me to insert dust bin. Since it was left off the charger for so long it drain the battery to nothing and it can’t recover. I have extra insurance..and warranty because it’s only 3 months old. They want me to pack it up and send it back. Most companies would try a battery before shipping it off. NOT THESE PEOPLE!!! I can see it getting there and never being returned or they will come up with an excuse on why they won’t fix it. DONT TRUST THEM. ITS AN OVERSEAS COMPANY

I’ve been very happy with my Roborock vacuum cleaner overall. I’ve been using it for over six months now. . It cleans and mops very well, and once it’s programmed properly, it works seamlessly. I schedule it to run every night, and when I wake up in the morning, the floors are clean, which is a huge convenience. One downside is that this particular model does mop the rugs as well, which can be a bit annoying—but that’s more related to the model itself rather than a defect. It also misses a few areas that are simply unreachable, which is understandable for a robot vacuum. Of course, if you’re willing to pay more, there are models with more advanced features, but for the price and my needs, this one works very well and does exactly what I expect it to do.

Right out of the box. Plug in the docking station in a selected location ours was the dining room. Scan the robot with phone to download mobile app, within the app scan to set up network and enter network password. From there choose to just map the house or map and clean. This robot will vacuum carpet and vacuum and mop floors. When it is done it empties itself at its docking station. There is a reservoir that comes off the side which has a section for water or cleaning solution. The other side is a trap for debri and a hepafilter. The some of the pine needles from the Christmas tree were collected in this section and required to be emptied after 2 cleaning sessions. This robot has continuous learning or mapping. It helps to keep furniture and chairs in the same position for faster cleaning but it will revisit an area to clean if there was something preciously in the area. Considering your carpet and floors are at a baseline of clean. This robot will significantly reduce your personal cleaning efforts especially under tables, couches, beds, and entertainment centers. We do have a 68lb border collie that sheds lots of hair all year round. Most of the dog hair is gone and I am breathing much better in our home. I initially bought this robot just because my wife wanted one. I feared it would be another appliance that I would have to maintain. Other than filling the reservoir, cleaning or changing the mop head cloth, and emptying the vacuum bag on the docking station occasionally it is relatively low maintenance. I highly recommend this unit.

We picked up the Q8 max to replace the crappy lefant which didn't even last 4 months. By comparison, this is outstanding. Setup was easy, the kit came with one bag installed and an extra, and linking the vacuum to the app was painless. The app is fairly intuitive. Editing the rooms, furniture, and "no go zones" was a breeze (after it's initial 'mapping' run). Setting up schedules was a breeze also. As for the unit itself, it's great. Battery life is good, logic is good (cleans in efficient lines which parallel longest wall of each room), and its dead simple to remove the dust bin, mop for cleaning. We have 3 large dogs so dog hair was a concern for us. However, they've addressed this with this vacuum. Removal of any twisted up dog hair on the rollers' ends is simple and well thought out. Only issue, which is small, is the mop doesn't always cover it's width (it sometimes cleans narrow lines where the water is deposited onto the cloth). Other than that, we can't recommend this unit enough...well worth the cost.

Lo compre en febrero del 2024. Empezó todo bien , no tenía mascotas. En septiembre adopte dos gatos y se empezo a trabar el auto limpiado, se atoraba de pelo de los gatos. Igual el sensor del desnivel, ya ahora a la fecha septiembre 2025 a cada rato se activa sin que haya desnivel. La verdad no volveria a comprar otro de esta marca, esperaba que durara mas. La función de trapear esta equis, no quita manchas
