The BEST exercise band
I’ve used a LOT of exercise bands in the past but these are my favorite brand and the only ones I’ll use now. Love the colors + love what they stand for. Highly recommend

These Look and Feel a Good Set
…..Unfortunately, I haven’t yet been able to use (had surgery several weeks ago and disappointedly my Physio advised me again last week that it is too early for me to be using these)I will though update my review once I start using themFirst impressions though are that they look good and feel strong. I really do like the colours, they look and feel expensive.Like some other reviewers, I am disappointed though that they did not come with a storage / carry bag, or a exercise chart / instructions. There is plenty of info of course online but sometimes, particularly for beginners, one wants to just have a simple chart or instruction pamphlet to hand immediately, rather than having to go to, make several clicks on their computer / phone / ipad, before starting. As I say, I will update further later

Thick bands but no information
Suffering from an injury that's put me out of my sport for nearly 4 months I thought the bands may help me with my physio as I'm missing sport and struggling to do some of my exercises.Having been an instructor and exercise freak in past life I always felt myself quite fit and strong so I opted for the set of three thinking I'd start with the purple (light) which you can only buy in the set, then step up to the green and blue. What a mistake. With my injury I struggled to do almost anything except a simple bicepcurl with the purple, never mind stepping up. I should have tried the pink one.The bands are a loop of c.206cm, so c.103 cm laid flat. I found the one length looped band hard to use, it was generally either too long or if I doubled it over, too much resistance for me to use. Ive used unlooped ribbon style bands before that can set to the length you want.I tried to use it over a door to do lat pull downs which I knew would be a very big challenge for me, holding the band shoulder width apart used up a lot of the length for the one making it doable. The bands come in a box with no instructions or indication of the equivalent resistance level each coloured band provides. Maybe their target market is people who already know how best to use them, but the actual resistance level of each would be useful to buyers and as someone used to dumbbells and static machines I would have appreciated a bit of guidance, although help can be found on the internet. If you know that you're doing and looped bands of this length are what you want these bands seem to be of good quality in terms of looking like they won't weaken stretch or snap but with others out there providing more information, exercise charts, details of resistance levels, storage bags, door anchor points these look a little toppy.I would recommend if you want these for physio start at the very bottom with the pink.
