Missing shaker balls
The shaker works well. It is insulated and doesn’t leak. However the item did not include the two shaker balls as advertised but instead a two piece stirrer which is not portable.

Great design, bad quality control
I just received this cup, and it is very nice. Definitely my favorite shaker bottle design so far, and I can tell that it'll keep growing on me. That being said, there are three areas on my brand new bottle where the protective coating is so thin you can see and feel the steel underneath. I suspect that something was in the way when the coating was sprayed, or brushed up against it before it had cured.The silicon pad on the bottom was also applied incorrectly, so off center that part of the adhesive was hanging off like a flap. I peeled it off and stuck it back on closer to the center (I eyeballed it ok?), so it is fine. But, the adhesive is backed by a paper so it tore a little bit in the process and won't survive much. So keep that in mind if you get one with the same problem.

Great shaker
I use this shaker every day for my protein shake. It is so easy to clean. And I love the color. It is leak proof, keeps my drink cold. The size is perfect for my needs. I intend to take it on my vacation, it is easy to carry.
