Very very tasty! Well worth the money!

No recommended receipt for use. I called but was told they would get back to me...NOT. product not listed in their product list. Bad choice,foreign manufacturer. Not friendly.

First off, the herb blend has a wonderful aroma, like your favorite Italian restaurant dishes. So right there I knew it would be good. I used it to season my Impossible meatloaf and brought the dish to a whole new level. I also used it to season lentil Bolognese and that was good too. I look forward to using it in other things. My new go to seasoning blend.

It should be more of an "inspiration" than actual Italian label. The spices are good and help flavor well, it just doesn't give an entire Italian flavor for me. The container is on the smaller side but nice.

This seasoning smells good. It says to use just a pinch for flavoring. The flavoring didn't really taste like an Italian meatballs. So it was misleading. This is just a blend of spices to enhance the flavoring a bit. It was decent when I mixed it with hamburger. It was decent mixed with meatballs but it didn't have that Italian taste. I guess I'll find some other ways to use this blended spice. Maybe bbq rub?

I ordered this after seeing that there's only spices listed with no fillers or wheat, and I am quite happy. We love meatballs, but my husband is gluten free and most frozen meatbals have wheat in them to thicken them, and many spice mixes have gluten in them. I mixed up my hamburger, added an egg, and some parmesan cheese, and then my spice mix. The serving size is 1/4 teaspoon, and since this was my first time using the spice blend so since I wasn't sure how many meatballs I was making, I wasn't quite sure how much spice to put in, but that's my fault. The spice blend smells fresh and the can is easy to open, dip my 1/4 measuring spoon in, and then close it to retain it's freshness. We both loved how the meatballs turned out, and the flavor was great, although I'll add more spice next time. I love great, clean spice blends like this. I hate to buy a bunch of individual spices that I might not use again, or use very small amounts of, so this is very convenient and delicious. I highly recommend it.

and don't waste your hamburger meat on this seasoning. i thought this would be really flavorful because all the reviews stating so. it is not. i wasted my time and my organic grass-fed hamburger using this so called italian meatball seasoning blend. the only good thing about this spice is the little container it comes in...
