Jigsaw Sudoku 9x9 - Hard - Volume 4 - 276 Puzzles Paperback – October 18, 2014

I do a lot of jigsaw sudoku, therefore I only like doing the harder puzzles. Having a book with only those is great. In the past I would get books that had 4 different levels. I would only do two of the levels and wind-up throwing away 50% of the book. Now I don't have to do that. Also, I love the large print and extra space.

These are wonderful puzzles but too hard for me. I have to cheat which is fine. I got one of 44 without cheating. I bought the medium puzzles and really like them. The hard puzzles I continue to work on.

I wanted a book of jigsaw puzzles, because the last book I got only had original ones. But I looked long and hard for one with only two puzzles per page (thank you, Amazon, for "Look Inside"!)What I didn't notice was that the book (like most of the books I looked at, when I checked again) was only 6"x9". That's bigger than digest, but smaller than full-size. The puzzles are full-size, though, or near enough; they just don't have much white space around them for jotting down possible values for a row or, especially, a column.

Husband loved these! Harder than the ones you normally find in newspapers!

I am glad to see the same basic rules apply to the jigsaw sudoku as with the traditional one. It's just the boundaries that are different, in which there are many to chose from. I enjoyed doing the puzzles. However, I thought getting the ePub version meant I could select my numbers by tapping on each box. Instead, I had to write out the whole puzzle on paper.

My dad is addicted to it and going to bed at a very late hour as he keeps doing another one ! So must be good

great challenge...must admit i do cheat and add a few numbers to help...lol

Perhaps too many easy ones but hours of entertainment

Bought for a present for a sudoku expert.Great sucess as he loves it and as he finds each puzzle a challenge but possible he enjoys completing one a day.
