Good find. The extra handle in the middle is nice
Like this better than the name brand especially bc it has an extra handle in the middle. Good value. Seems durable, no leakage.

Versatile for Outdoors Use - No Manual included
Quite happy with the end result, as I am using it entirely for the outdoor raised deck. I like to strap resistance bands to the handles of the deck and then superset with exercises using the water weight. The installation process. There is no manual to be found and there should be given the nature of the product and 2 stages necessary to finish.1. Unscrew the cap and install rubber washer.2. With the hose-screw onto the bag and pump. Hold with one hand so it doesn't accidentally unscrew by itself. Continue to pump air until mostly filled with air.3. Water Stage: Using the included plug-aim a water hose into it, proceed to fill.4. When almost full, close the attached cap tightly.I ended spilling quite a bit of water and I did the entire water filling process outdoors. The overall "air pump" and water hose adapter are what I'd call "cheap enough to do the job", as a result it should take longer time than it normally would with quality 3rd party tools-but, I managed to do it entirely with the included products. It is very sturdy so far and appears like it will last. It is somewhat pricey but considering most weights are about $2 for every pound, you can say this is a cheaper alternative. Given where I use it and how I do, it is definitely just the right gym product for outdoors but it can be versatile enough to find space anywhere in a gym circuit. If you are patient enough and can find 25 minutes out of your day you can set this up yourself for half the cost of normal weights.

A great weight
The most difficulty I faced from this product was when I filled it up at the kitchen sink, I could not fill it up all at once, but due to the weight of the water and the seal being open, it would sag in half and water would spill out of the open seal and onto the floor. I filled it up to the 55lb mark, twisted the water/airtight seal on, and have had no problems since. In hindsight, I should have brought it outside and filled it with a hose.Water weights are not as dense as sand weights, for example I have a sandbag just half a foot longer and only half as thick but it is 96lbs. But in terms of sheer versatility and body training, I prefer water. This waterbag can be used in a number of ways, your creativity is pretty much the limit.(some of my favorites are running with it in my arms, over shoulder or in the crook of my elbow, squatting explosively with it held in various ways, holding it like a giant spoon and "stirring" an imaginary cauldron, having it strapped on my back as I do pushups, hanging from my feet as I do pullups, etc.)I have dropped it a couple of times by accident on hardwood flooring, but it did not rupture, it is built sturdily enough to handle most reasonable human use accidents. Price wise, it could be better, at 55USD its a dollar per pound of water it can hold, but considering it could feasibly last a number of years of careful use, (should be forty dollars maximum though, its a giant flexible water bottle with strap handles.) In all, its a great and effective water weight for a decent enough price.

Great for Travel, Small Apartments, Core Exercises
This is a quality-made, weight adjustable, water-filled exercise bag. After using water-filled exercise containers in the past, I can confidently say this is the nicest version I've owned. The handles are large, soft and secured onto the bag with oversized heat-bonded discs and it's easy to fill and empties quickly.Markings on the side help to select weight levels and the bag fills with water quickly through the valve on the end. What I had more difficulty with, was filling the rest of the chamber with air. It's a slow process using the included foot pump.Bottom Line: Once the bag is filled with water and shaped with air, it's easy to lift and maneuver. There are multiple handles positioned in lots of places making it possible to curl the bag, dead-lift it or press it overhead while lying on my back. Actually, there's lot of ways to incorporate the bag in exercises and when I'm finished, I can drain the water back out and store it in my closet. I rate this as a good-quality water-fill exercise bag!

Cheaper alternative to weights and good to bring around if you travel alot
I think this is quite cool, and other than the fact that it does take a bit to fill up, you can still get in a decent workout. It's a little strange to get used to, because it will be bulkier than weights, and squishier too. But if you're constantly on the road, or staying at hotels where gyms are iffy, then this "aqua" weight might be the solution for you. It's also not bad to use as a water pillow. The handles are pretty durable, but time will tell how well they hold up.

Effective and Portable Workout Companion
I got this because I was looking for a piece of workout equipment other than resistance bands, that I was easy to travel with, and could be usefully in providing me with a good weight resistance workout. This water weight aqua bag checks all those boxes! It is made with a durable plastic material, easy to setup, and break down after use. You can fill it with enough water to provide you with 55lbs of weight resistance. And, because the water moves around in the bag during your workout, it gives you a unique strength training experience that works small muscle tendons that you wouldn’t engage using tradition weight resistance equipment. I really like this weight qua bag, and plan on getting a lot of use out of it while I’m overseas away from hometown gym.
