Outstanding piece of hardware!Works very good. Can read external hard drive old system and new system.1 TB HD can be installed - you MUST format it using PC (computer), and then install it.

There have to be better
I've bought a couple of these hoping one would be better than the other, but after a while, the videos start 'hanging up'. Seems to always be buffering issues and it just seems like the processor can't do it's job. I can cast from my phone to my TV and get better quality.

Geart TV box with some unique features
Great device for the money, amazing 3d quality. even better than my nvidia shield pro when it comes to 3d support. it also has some other unique features like HD recording by a separate hdmi input, it also has an empty SATA slot for 2.5" HDD. For the durability only time will tell.

Wow Amazing!!!!!!!
Awesome box. Hands down worth the money. Can record from my cable box and watch picture in picture with IPTV. Installed a 2.5" 320 GB SATA drive and I've got a PVR for both IPTV and Cable.
