Unfortunately, it didn't do much for me, other than give me a slightly elevated temperature 40-50 mins after taking it and a minor headache the next morning.Once I was ready to go I didn't feel anything different than usual. You don't have to have any problems in that department to feel the effect of these types of supplements either. I have tried other brands and was pleasantly surprised with the results. This product....... not so much! I know everybody is different and we all react to things differently but I can't say this had much of an effect on me unfortunately. Either way, I do think it needs a price adjustment for what's on offer though as there are better-priced products available in the market.

I give 6 star on this product very effective all you have to do is to follow the instructions carefully, rock hard like a jack hummer, first 15 minutes you something in your face and ears is getting hot 30 minutes your ready to go 40 minutes your in full blast I recommend this product I will definitely buy again
