After using this chair for like a month I can say that this chair has met the expectation of quality, comfort and value for money. I would say that this chair is one of the best option you will get in the same price range. Also the support they provide after the purchase is appreciated. It is good chair with hand rest adjustable and back is comfortable for office use. However this chair makes noise while moving. I am using it nearly a month, except noise everything is good.

Customer support and after sales support absolute disaster, they will pass on the numbers only, my new chair has hydraulic issue, reported the same, shared video many times, but no solutions provided, has to buy the spare part separately, though the chair quality is good but not recommend to buy with such high price and poor after sales aupport

Seat movement (front and back) feature is nice. Lower back support isn't great - moves too much and gives no support while leaning forward. Hand rests are okay - quite wide and moves from its set position with less force, unintentionally I wouldn't buy this again.

Sitting is comfortable. No major issues. However, the main issue after using for more than a month is the arm rest for horizontal movement can not be tightened to make it's position fix like in other gaming chairs. So even with a gentle elbow pressue it rotates which is quite uneasy while working. If they add some part so that we can make its position fix after proper adjustment, like the up and down lock, it will be very helpful.
