So far so good! I feed a couple of stray cats on our front porch every day and I started noticing a strong plasticky kind of smell outside and intensely in the empty food bowls when I would retrieve them to wash and put out fresh food. It doesn't smell particularly ammonia-y or musky, but it lingers like crazy, even after a scrubbing with dawn powerwash. It is clearly some kind of animal pee, but I don't believe it to be cat pee. We see possums, raccoons, and foxes around the house at night, so I'm thinking its one of them. In any event I needed something that would eliminate the smell on both the food bowls and the porch. I had a little bit of a pet urine cleaner spray left, which I used immediately. It didn't help on the food bowl, and I quickly ran out of it. Enter this product after a search and reading reviews. I like that this is concentrated, so the gallon will last a LONG time, a good value. I don't much care what the scent is, as long as it kills the marking scent. This legit smells like lemonade. Very light and pleasant. So much so I sort of wonder if it's just diluted lemon juice (half kidding!). After trying it on the food bowl it worked almost instantly. I'm letting it sit on the bowl in the sink for a while instead of immediately rinsing to give it time to work before I need the bowls again. I sprayed down the porch with it after the most recent marking and so far it's still smells like nothing out there. I am pleased! It will continue to use it routinely to keep the porch smelling fresh and to clean the bowls. Next up, we'll use it to clean the litter boxes inside and on the floor around them. So far so good! I can't speak to stain removal because I do not have carpet or stained items to try it on. Out indoor kitties do well keeping to their litter box and 80% of the house is hard floors. The bottle arrived safely with no leaks. The seal under the lid was intact. Because it is concentrated and in a gallon jug, I reused a 1 quart spray bottle, adding 1 oz of Bioda cleaner to roughly 31 oz of water. There are easy instructions on the jug for dilution which recommends 2-5 oz per gallon of water for floors. 4 oz to the gallon, or 1 oz to the quart, seemed an easy ratio to use.

Fresh and not overpowering, really cleans and doesn’t just mask the dirt/odor, also good deal for such a large container, Also doesn’t leave a sticky residue after being applied and has a nice lemony scent.

I went to Scotland and couldn't figure out why everywhere we stayed had no smell. Not a bad smell, not a cleaning product smell. Nothing. So I fell down a rabbit hole and bought this stuff to make my house smell like nothing. It's amazing. A little lemon smell at first but the next day it's nothing!

This is the best enzyme cleaner we have used. We have EIGHT cats and four children - two of which are on a bedwetting journey. One cat is currently experiencing health issues involving diarrhea and neurological problems that have basically eliminated litter box use for the moment. We put this cleaner, diluted as directed, into a gallon pump sprayer and spray the entire floors. It smells great and works extremely well on odors. Better than Nature’s Miracle and Kids and Pets which used to be our go to’s. This stuff has basically saved our house. We also put it mixed with water into spray bottles for individual spots as needed. I love that it is septic safe as well. I saw another review that said the smell was too strong. But my guess is that they likely didn’t dilute it properly. It is the perfect level of lemony when you follow the directions. And it doesn’t leave a weird after smell like some enzyme cleaners.

It does a good job of cleaning up spills and removing stains. However, it doesn't stop cats going there again. Better than other products I've tried.

This stuff actually gets the cat pee smell out of laundry and the price isn’t too bad for the sanity it provides me 😂 I noticed after one wash and I can still somewhat smell it, but after two it’s non existent. That could also be my crazy good pregnancy sense of smell, but I always do two washes just to be sure. Love this stuff though! Since I’ve found it, it’s the only brand and scent I’ll buy. The scent isn’t too strong and isn’t gross like a couple other different brands of products I’ve tried. Overall so worth the price and the peace of mind of ALWAYS having a bottle on hand!

This is the absolute best bio enzyme cleaner om the market. The package came delivered with extra protection, and there was no leakage. I did spray a heavy amount into old Yacht pillows and Yacht mattresses and the difference was like night and day. It took a moment to dry, but sitting in the sun did the job everything smell smells and looks brand new! Literally all I did was transferred into an old spray bottle and let everything sit in the sun to dry and it was perfect in no time. Highly recommend.

I have two cats and four dogs. I recently went on holiday for a few days and unfortunately everyone went haywire whilst I was away. My cats started using the bathroom anywhere plus my dog got really sick from stress. Anyway the house was a mess and disgusting. I cleaned with Lysol and everything but still felt like there was a cat pee smell lingering so I found this to see if it would get it. I’m proud to say that the smell is gone !!! And it feels very fresh and clean in my home. My cats are back to their usual routine and my dogs aren’t having accidents in the house anymore which I’m thinking the enzymes in this could be really targeting the urine crystals that may have been left behind. The scent isn’t extremely strong which I like but it’s fresh I really love it
