ABE just have the best pre workout drinks. All the flavours taste great and give you that kick and pump you need before a heavy workout

Great flavour, good performance for price.
Pros: Taste is actually really nice; it doesn't have that 'synthetic' chemical taste. Interms of ingredient concentration for price, it's great value for money. Authenticity seal. Scooper included Easy on the digestive system. Neutral: Duration of main effects is around 90 minutes for me; if you have long sessions, this probably isn't for you. You can definitely feel the beta-alanine, but it's not overwhelming; it depends if you like that feeling. Cons: I find you have to use a fair amount of water to mix it properly, but it does mix. I have tried upwards of 10+ pre-workouts, and value for money, you really can't go wrong here. If you're looking for something seriously strong, this probably isn't for you unless you double scoop. I would buy this preworkout and flavour again.

Quality is great, takes around 20 minutes to kick in, slight itchiness but not major. Happy with the product and helps with the workout

Buzzing but stronger
I'm NOT a coffee drinker, why would I be when tea is the best? :) I have had a couple of pre-workouts before but I decided to jump in and go for a full scoop of this badboy. It took around 20-30 mins to kick in but the buzz was strong and my performance in the gym was definitely improved. I felt more motivated and stronger.

جربت البنش فروت والتوت الازرق والكولا البنش فروت : كان عاجبني فالبدايه وطعم منعش تحسه حق صيف لكن انغثيت منه الصراحه بعد ثالث اسبوع بس حليل الصدق اقيمه 6 من 10 التوت الازرق : رهيب مره لدرجه ما استوعبت انه خلص بسرعه ومهما اخذت منه ما انغث اقيمه 9 من 10 الكولا : نفس الشي رهيب مره وما ينظفش منه وبعض الاحيان ودي اتمرن بس عشان اشربه طعم الكولا في جميل يشبه حلاو الجيلي الكولا 9.5 من 10

Gute Wirkung, angenehmer Geschmack und gut verträglich
Ich nutze den ABE Pre-Workout Booster schon länger vier- bis fünfmal pro Woche vor dem Training im Gym. Der Geschmack Cherry Coke gefällt mir gut und das Pulver löst sich problemlos auf. Die Wirkung setzt relativ schnell ein und ist bei mir mit etwa 1,5 bis 2 Messlöffeln deutlich spürbar. Auf leeren Magen tritt das typische Kribbeln stärker auf, ansonsten habe ich bisher keine Magenprobleme oder andere Unverträglichkeiten festgestellt. Einen späteren Leistungsabfall oder Schlafprobleme habe ich persönlich ebenfalls nicht. Die Dose kam sauber verschweißt und einwandfrei verpackt an. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt für mich, besonders wenn man das Produkt im Spar-Abo einmal im Monat bestellt. Fazit: Geschmack, Löslichkeit, Wirkung und Verträglichkeit überzeugen mich. Ich würde den Booster wieder kaufen. Bewertung: 5 von 5 Sternen Würde ich wieder kaufen: Ja.
