Stellar new cd!
I was very excited to purchase Green Day new album and really wanted a cd so I could play it in my car! I may need a 2nd one just in case I break it...I was just at a Greed Day concert last month and I was stoked they played a few songs from this album! The first song just grabs you and I was worried the rest would not live up to the first song but it does! If you are a Greed Day fan or even of you just like some great rocking tunes to get your energy revved up this is a great one to get!

Decent
Better than a few they put out. But nothing will ever beat the first two.

To Say I'm Obsessed Is An Understatement!
I absolutely love this album!! I love Green Day, they're one of my favorite bands! And 'SAVIORS' proves they stay with their finger on the pulse. They're timeless! This album in my opinion has no skips, each track rocks! Even when they slow it down on certain songs it's thoughtful and sentimental without being schlocky. And then you have plenty of raw, emotional upbeat songs. Lyrically, it's so them, catchy and vibrant. This album is a valuable return to form while still feeling fresh, and slightly experimental. Also, I can't lie I love the album color palette and artwork; recognizing the photo, obviously, altered fits the vibe and themes.I preordered this as soon as I saw the cover! Then the singles they released just sealed the deal! Mine arrived earlier than its release date! Anyway, I think any Green Day fan would love having this in their collection on CD, vinyl and cassette tape!

Green Day are in fine form here, some classics
When I first heard “the American dream is killing me” I knew Green Day had their awesomeness back. This entire album is extremely consistent and is definitely not them trying to do some experimental thing, but it sounds like the perfection of their original sound actually. The album just flows and there’s no filler. Some songs like the first song I mentioned sound like a cross between American idiot and nimrod. There are other songs with that sound like that as well, also hints of warning and dookie at times. It’s better than the trilogy and 21st century breakdown. There are so many great guitar lines and you can definitely hear their influences like the ramones, Black Sabbath, the who, the kinks, etc. this album doesn’t surpass the albums I mentioned but is definitely up there. Recommended to all longtime fans of the band. Newcomers get dookie or nimrod.
