Product defective, communication and Delivery process not robust
1. Multiple Scratches on box2. Product delivery instructions overlooked3. OTP was not given during Replace request4. So, The product was not replaced5. Till date, the product with defects is still with me neither returned nor replaced nor any refund information is communicated

Will recommend to everyone
It’s a must for any kitchen. Especially if you are always looking for something that is right size to cook for 1 person or warm of leftovers for few people. I love the colors and how I can take it from stove top table. I am hooked!

Hawkins Kitchen Gift set
My only suggestions for improvement would be to offer a slightly larger size option. While the 2.25 liters is good for small families or side dishes, a larger size would be more versatile for bigger meals. Additionally, I think it would be a nice aesthetic touch if the knob color on the lids matched the color of the casserole dish itself. For example, a yellow knob on the yellow casserole, a red knob on the red, and so on. This would create a more cohesive and visually appealing set.
