It works
Works great. Easy to program. Fits just like my old liftmaster so no extra screws needed. Only issue I guess is no single button close feature, so you need to use the code to open and close even though the keypad enter button has the down arrow on it, but that's very minor and the price makes up for it. Just be aware if you like that feature.

Good product for the money
So far so good, although a little tricky programing it> read the on line instructions. I was ready to send ir back then read the on line instructions

Didn’t work for me
Total waste of money if you need help… There is absolutely no customer support available. I bought it we installed it. Can’t seem to get it to work… Total waste of money.

the directions are wrong
So I spent 35 minutes trying to program this thing and getting nowhere, because the directions say to push the "B" button... there is no b button, then to push and hold the "0" button... there is a 0 button but that's not what they are talking about. It turns out the "B" button is actually the "#" button and the "0" button is the enter button. Knowing this before hand it would have taken 5 minutes to program. Hope this info helps you. Other than that it works great.

A better replacement than OEM
Purchased as a replacement of the existing controller that died. Super easy to install, an exact replacement for the dead OEM opener regarding the look and size. Works really well and improves of the OEM opener the buttons have a much better feel and give a clicking sound to confirm the button press.

Perfect Replacement
I have a two old Liftmaster openers and needed to replace the keypad. I almost didn't order this unit because of so many bad reviews but it was a great deal so I figured i would give it a shot. First, this unit is comparable in size and quality to the one being replaced and I expect it to last a good while. Next, it was a REALLY nice surprise to see that the battery was included with the unit. Also, despite so many reviews complaining about the instructions, my unit came with very easy to read step by step instructions and programing both doors took all of about 5 minutes. Finally, the seller sent me an e-mail providing advice in case something went wrong and saying they were there if I needed help which was a really nice touch. Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend.
