Seventh Generation Facial Tissues, 85 Count, 36-Pack

I gave away all my boxes of other tissue types and bought this 36-box offer. Much more economical than ordering it in lower quantities. It's not soft, has no lotion, but does the job. The lack of lint is what sold me after I first tried it on a smaller order. From now on, this is the only brand tissue I'll buy.

I have been using Amazon Presto brand for some time but I did not like the amount of lint they emit- sometimes chunks of lint. Presto claims to be 3 ply while 7th Gen is two. I don't feel the difference in the strength and the lint factor is definitely much lower. Not as soft as I'd like though.

I found it interesting that when I opened a box of Seventh Generation Facial Tissues and put them (without package) in a crystal box in the first floor (guest) bathroom, the tissues were used by family members without complaint. However, when put in bedrooms in the original box, the tissues were found to be "rough". While clearly not a "blind" study, reading labels does have something to do with how soft a tissue is to one's nose -- even with a cold. Even Kleenex, when one has a really bad cold, abrades the upper lip and one ends up with an area of scale between nose and lip. A dab of vaseline helps. Our family advocates the use of cotton handkerchiefs -- washable, reusable until they wear out and die after about 1,000 washings. Facial tissue, either Seventh Generation or Kleenex, is only a way of filling up the landfill.But a good thing to have when one has a cold. So, I'm going to suggest not talking about the 80% post consumer paper waste in Seventh Generation until the first carton of 36 is used up. We as a nation need to find a way to make recycling of paper economical. To achieve this, we need products that use post consumer paper waste. No, not as soft as Kleenex, but does it really matter? We like these tissues.

I don't use a ton of tissues, but when I need one, these are soft and are always packed right so that I can open the container, pull a tissue out and the next one is poised for use. This happens all the way through the box, and that makes one thing easy. One more thing being easy and that works is a good thing. They are also strong so you can carry one tissue and use it a few times, without puffs coming off, lint and tearing.

I thought these were somewhat expensive, but decided to purchase anyway because of the recycled nature of the product. I would like to keep buying them, but probably won't because every box is really a pain when you first open it -- the tissues don't separate easily and I either end up with several together or more often, the first several come out in pieces, making them useless (and wasteful). This is a simple basic tissue, not particularly soft, but unless you are blowing your nose frequently (cold, allergies, etc.) that is not a big deal. I do feel that the company needs to rethink how these tissues are packaged though.

I've been buying these for years and they are very good quality facial tissues. If you are going to bother recycling paper, then you need to buy recycled paper products or your efforts are kinda worthless - they have to sell the products to make recycling make economic sense. The boxes are kinda loud but I simply save my decorator style boxes and load these into them. You simply tape the box shut.

I buy these and other recyceld paper products to avoid more trees being cut down for paper goods. These tissues are gently on my nose and eyes and I can feel good about using them, knowing that there are more trees absorboing carbon and giving off oxygen. I highly recommend exploring options for buying recycled, bambo, or hemp paper goods in bulk because taking care of the planet that allows us to live a healthy life is very important. In bulk they compete pricewise with conventional paper goods.

We usually never buy overpriced tissues, but we needed something to fill in for our usual package of recycled tissues not arriving till next week. Recycled tissues are great for allergies, (no tissue dust or lotions or weird scent)..NOT THESE. These tissues are scented! Horribly! How could a company proclaiming to be natural and healthy for us and the planet make something with a toxic VOC fabric softener type smell. At least let us know on the box that they are scented! When my allergic husband uses these they make him sneeze! They are overpriced, deceptive, and horrible, actually they are maddening. I am actually angry at this product, and may boycott this companys products entirely. Do Not Buy!

Great quality tissues with no added bleach/chlorine. We have used a number of Seventh Generation products in our household, excellent brand.

I mainly purchased this box of facial tissue due to the fact it is 100% recycled paper, fragrance free and chlorine free. It is a pretty good tissue and of course does the job, but it could be a little softer. I have found another brand of facial tissue that is environmentally friendly called Cascades and I find it is much softer, and they have very pretty boxes which is always a plus. It would be nice if Amazon.ca would carry the brand "Cascades" as they make great products. But overall, this purchase is a good one since the environmental impact is much, much lower than conventional tissues and it makes me happy no chlorine is being dumped into our oceans!

I’ve received one box! The description said 36… almost a good thing though because these are really rough on skin… but still. Adjusted to three stars because service and refund were very fast.

In the product description it says "36 boxes per case". Actually they will deliver only one cube (85 sheets) for 36 CAD, there is no box or case whatsoever. Moreover, this product is not eligible to return, so just be careful except you need only 1 cube of it.
