Massive bag, would be better if resealable.
400g is a LOT of mustard seeds! This packaging is crying out to be resealable. I guess I'll have to add it to a jar or something to try and keep them fresh. They'll last for ages as long as they don't go stale! I love adding a large spoon of these seeds to curries. Simply add and stir when sauteing onions - when they start popping then they're ready for the sauce elements. To be honest, if I'd actually read the listing properly and realised just how many I'd get in 400g I'd probably have looked for a smaller packet! This is almost catering sized in my opinion! Good value considering. Nice flavour and they'll last me till 2048!!
