The pillowcase that was provided with my pillow was quite soft which I enjoyed. Thank you to the technology behind the padding process as it kept me positioned well. The latex is firmer than memory foam. Cleaning my Thai Lotus pillow is simple and most importantly keeps the over all feeling of the pillow without worrying about loosing the comfort**Update**After about a month of daily use the pillow still holds amazing. Worth my investment. Great product and looking to hopefully purchase another for my husband.

No support at all, not thick enough in height , not big enough if it's stated for standard size! , more like kid size !Plus not firm enough to support a human's head in weight!.

This is my second purchase. this pillow really helps with my sleep time, feels easy on my back and neck. Before using this pillow I always have neck and back pains when I sleep, but now I fall asleep easily without feeling pain.

I just received these pillows, and decided to write a review just based on what I can see of the product, not whether it’s actually nice for sleeping on or not, seeing as how I have not yet tried it.The pillows (I bought two) came shrink wrapped, so they were very small upon opening. I took off the outer, velour cover and the mesh inner cover to let them air out. There is a smell. It’s not terrible, and I assume it will air out, but still a smell nonetheless.What I found inside the mesh cover is what gave me some serious doubts and concern as to the quality of the product.The package says “Totall Handcrafted: small defects are normal phenomenon, will not affect the use.” However, I am questioning why my pillow has so many “small defects” that make it look like a seriously cheap pillow I just spent around 50 bucks on.The edges on the pillow are rough as if it wasn’t cut well, with small bits of latex flaking off. The are minor holes and tears in it as well.I am trying to be optimistic because this is the second set of latex pillows I’ve purchased (the first ones from another company). I really want these to work, but I’m not satisfied with the quality I’m looking at. I think a preschooler could’ve cut a piece of foam more neatly than this!Anyways, Ilmy husband and I are still going to give these a try and will update the post once we have given it an adequate test run.**UPDATE**To start on a positive note, my husband likes the pillow so far and slept just fine. He has a stuffy nose so he said he can’t smell any of the off-gassing/weird smell coming from the pillow.He likes it enough to keep it.I, on the other hand, threw the pillow off the bed halfway through the first night of use. I woke up with terrible neck pain, far worse than what I’m used to, and had a stiff neck with a headache the whole next day. It was seriously painful laying on that pillow for just half the night. The smell also really bothered me. I could smell it all night and it gave me a headache. I can still smell my husband’s pillow and have to roll over away from it.Returning mine right away.

The pillow could be a little deeper at the thick side. I find the pillow a little to small for my build and posture.

Previously, I had a neck problem because of the pillows and pillows are not high quality-standard. I try many brands and I found this brand as the 4th brand that I’ve tried. I noticed from my sleep time, I slept well all night. After waking up in the morning,I feel that my neck pain is better because my head pillow is not too high nor too low. I like this pillow very much.

This pillow is tiny and doesn’t feel like latex it feels more like memory foam. I returned it.

Arrived on time in good condition, pillow was placed in an air tight bag and popped up a little bit after opening, smaller than expected but firmness is perfect for side sleepers. Made in Thailand - I guess it makes sense since south Asian countries have plenty of rubber trees. :)
