For any extreme physical exertion whether it be sport or work these can make a little water go a long way in terms of replenishing hydration and keeping energy up.Pros- Taste,Effectiveness,convenience. Flavor variety.Cons- Cost.( I know this stuff is good but I can't help but feel frugal with my uses of them. The box price is not friendly in this economy)

I don’t know what kind of wizardry Liquid I.V. is working with, but these little packets slap harder than the Florida sun. Lemon Lime? Classic. Passion Fruit? Fancy. Watermelon? Chef’s kiss. There’s not a bad flavor in the bunch — just degrees of awesome.I drink one and suddenly I’m like, “Who needs coffee when you’ve got electrolytes and a purpose?”If you’re not using these, you’re basically just drinking plain old water like some sort of underperforming cactus.

I fell in love with this product. There is no after taste and very satisfying. I think it is expensive but will continue to purchase it in the future.

I wanted to try the IV liquid because I had started a new medication and needed the boost. Good variety and size. The cherry was a bit sweet for my taste. Mixed well with water. I picked up on a sale and it was worth it.

I always have a stash of these in my golf bag, golf cart, backpack, shoe bag, cabinet at work, etc. I love the flavor and unlike other brands, they are strong enough that you only need 1 packet. They smell great and within minutes, you feel better- especially if you have been sweating. Very effective electrolyte powder- also works great for those days you may have "over-indulged!" Definitely helps take the edge off if you drink one before bed!
