The build quality does feel cheap and flimsy, but it doesnt matter to me as it is always connected to my work laptop on my desk and therefore I dont have a problem with this. Apart from that it works excellent, when you plug it in, windows automatically installs all necessary drivers. The cushions are very comfortable, I cant say much about noise cancellation whilst listening as when I use them I am usually in a quiet environment, however I believe the mic's noise cancellation has been really good at filtering out background noises. The speakers are quite loud and clear. Integrates really well with Microsoft teams and all button controls work as expected, e.g. the mute button mutes on teams call when pressed, and when I manually click mute on teams, via mouse, the mute button is lit up red to indicate that mute is active.

Purchased these to take part in some online interviews. They are comfortable to wear and provide excellent sound quality. They are light and I have successfully travelled with them without damaging them at all. My laptop does not have a great audio output so it was it great to be able to hear what people were asking during the interview clearly. There were no issues at the interviewers end with hearing me either. Easy to plug in to my laptop. I particularly like that the headphones cover both ears as I'm so easily distracted by noises. These allowed me to fully focus on what was being said.

It does pretty much what I ask for out of a budget headset. I only just mark it down a bit because it did cost a bit more than what I hoped for - I got a plantronics headset of a similar quality 10 years ago for cheaper. The sound is serviceable and your voice comes through clearly in voice calls, and it's perfectly comfortable.

Excellent headset - rightly priced. Good and clear audio and microphone quality with good noise reduction. no hassle in connectivity and the cord length is good enough to standup and take calls as well. Must recommended if you are on call.

I ordered these for my partner for work use. She initially had the single ear headphones but switched to these. She said the quality was great and had to check it wasn’t coming from her laptop! She could hear everyone very well and they could hear her perfectly too. Easy usb plug and play use. The quality seems fine for what it is but bear in mind this has only been in use for a day. It sits on the head quite comfortable due to the foam like part on the top. Sits on the ears comfortably too. Would recommend to people not willing to break the bank for a good work headset.

Bought these as a second pair of headphones to take in my laptop bag. They are OK, a bit cheap feeling, but then again they were not expensive. Sound OK, but I wouldn't want to use them for a long period of time.

There is nothing to set up - connect to the computer USB slot and it is ready to use. Excellent sound quality and noise cancellation. Took it out of the box and use it for over 3 straight hours the next day - no issues and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I have purchased two of these, one in 2023 which lasted two years and one in April 25, they both went the same way, when trying to talk to people it was cutting out, I have been using them at home and at work so its nothing to do with my internet, it was looking really bad when customers could not hear and was cutting out. I bought the second pair because they had lasted two years and was very comfy, but have tried to contact the seller but no information on how I can contact the seller.

I purchased the Plantronics / Poly Blackwire 3320 headset a little over a month ago so I feel it's passed the testing phase. The shipping was great. It came in a padded envelope. Inside the envelope was a small cardboard box with the Blackwire 3320 inside. I work from home doing call center work, so I needed something that would be comfortable and have a decent enough sound to hear my customers properly. Due to the area I live in, I also needed a microphone that wouldn't pick up outside noise (cars, neighbors yelling, gf coughing, etc). Like my last Plantronics headset which lasted nigh on 4 years of abuse, the Blackwire 3320 scored high on all points. The headphones are great and have a surprisingly powerful stereo sound when doing other things such as gaming or streaming music & tv. I've been told that I sound very clear on the mic which is important in my line of work. The controls are simple with plastic + / - buttons for volume and another button to mute the mic. The headset is comfortable, but not quite as comfortable as the last one I had. Still, it has good cushioning and I can wear it for hours with ease. Set up is simple. I plugged it in and Windows 10 was able to set it up quickly and automatically. The Plantronics / Poly 3320 Blackwire headset not only met all of my needs but surprised me by surpassing most of them. I would highly recommend it.

The overall size and bulk of the Headset is middle of the road. Not too big, but not as slimline as other headsets. I like the flexibility of it. The earpieces rotate to fit over the ears perfectly and the boom mic rotates so that you can reverse the Headset so the mic extends from the left or the right side. Overall, the Headset is very comfortable to wear. The sound is chrystal clear for me and for the person on the other end of the line. A big improvement over my last Headset. I also like that you can use the in-line control pad to adjust the volume, turn on/off the mute and start or end a call. I've only had the headset for a day, but my first impression is that it is very nice.

This is a simple headset for the home office, so I went for a lower-priced model. The sound quality and the microphone are excellent - just what I am used to get from Plantronics. I can recommend this light, essential, decently-priced USB headset for regular home office use.

After lot of research, I choose this product. And its worth every single penny I paid. Best noise cancellation suppress everything in background. Cable quality good. Its durable.. this is the only reason I skipped poly 3220 and brought poly 3320. We dont care much about how we sound to others in meeting. But when others says your are not audible or there is background noise then it creates wrong impression. Also being over the ear headphone you can listen what others talking very clear and that helps.
