Would Recommend
Bought this for use at work. I’m a Quality Engineer and had a document criticised unnecessarily and this proved my point. Good reference aid at work would recommend

Every beginner TW should read this.
Solid description of the process. The book does not offer any surprise techniques, but covers all the bases with solid, easy to follow common sense remarks.

If you consider yourself to be just 'ok' at writing then you don't need this book.
Very basic. If you've read a few technical documents before you'll not receive any new info in this book. If you can already write an okay document, this book won't help you get any further. If you've seen the front cover, you've got a large part of the contents. The best part of the book was the appendix where there's a couple of checklists. Flicked through the book in 2 mins and decided it wasn't worth reading.
