These gel pads are used with the Elitone urinary incontinence device to stop leaks. It's been working well for me. The gel pads attach outside your body and, simply put, exercise your kegel muscles so they grow stronger. I'm still able to have morning caffeinated coffee and a daily light beer. So thankful I don't have to go on medication. I'm 73.

As a very active person, Elitone has been a game changer for me. I did PT but this works better. Maybe I do Kegels wrong? I’ve also been told I have more issues relaxing my pelvic floor, which also is important. Anyway, a few weeks of Elitone and I’m back hiking 6 miles with no issues. Their customer service is superb when my device froze. After online chat, all was fixed. I love that you can get pads on Amazon now.
