The package was new however each mount has a missing screw, I cannot attach the bracket to the mount without a screw. The instructions are hands down the worse things I have ever read. The video was zero help, and when I finally figured it all out I had a missing screw on both, the screws are so cheap the strip right away so get it right the first time are your screwed. The smallest screw that goes on the swivel stripped with a had screw driver right away and the piece wouldnt fit correctly without some force. You get one screw and its over, This entire product is awful, I just rigged my speakers to the wall myself or I suggest the real bose brand. If you want something quality get the brand name and save your self hassle. thanks

Incredibly difficult to install Bose satellite speakers
The overall quality seems well but it is darn near impossible to install my Bose surround speakers. I need the adapter that slides into the back of the speaker and it will not slide and latch. As of now my speakers are not fully installed because of this. Aside from that they seem good.
