I just ordered more of these. I like that I'm getting 5000 in of D and this is the only brand I've found that has more than 100 mug of K2. These have a good 180 mug. The capsules are small & easy to swallow and I'm happy I only have to take 1 a day.

Great vitamin and company

Good product..high dosage of vitamin D with k2 (m7)..effective but fat ( mct )is missing which is required for absorption. They(now foods) should add some sort of fat for better absorption.
